The staff seemed like they were doing you a favor by answering a question. I went to the reception desk and asked for the WiFi information and the women at the counter told me it was out in with my key cards. I showed her the holder, and there was no information. I asked one of the staff what time breakfast was. Instead of telling me the time she said that it is posted. Also, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, they came in the second day and replaced the towels, emptied the trash, but didn’t make the bed. The room and bed looked wore out.

My stay was pleasant. I was put in a handicap accessible room. I didn't like that but I did not put them through moving me. I had several appointments and needed my rest so I didn't bother Miss Rose. I did tell her and she was willing to move me.

I saw the 7.2 and booked a room. Then I looked at the feedback and got a little worried. Yeah, the room was due for a makeover, but it was clean and the bed was a California King and was great. Staff was friendly and doing the best with what they have. Continental Breakfast was weak at 9:00am. Not sure if it was already cleaned out. Overall, the stay was satisfactory. The $200 a night hotel close by had about the same rating so I guess it's always a roll of the dice when you get a room anywhere.

Probably the dirtiest motel and the smell of marijuana was everywhere despite having to “initial in two places” on the sheet to say no smoking in rooms. Side doors to the outside from stairwells do not even latch to shut despite the sign saying “use room key to enter”. Anyone could come in at any hour. Property in general was extremely Run down with water damage, etc. Horrible air fresheners throughout to try to cover up the smells. Will not be back. (The lady that checked us in was very nice)

Was not told before about no elevator. Had to take stairs. Room had to be rekeyed after we climbed stairs with luggage. Had to go back up and down stairs with luggage. No toilet tissue in room had to call to get that brought to room. Desk clerk was very nice about that. Room very dirty. Surface clean, but floors and windows had not been wiped down in forever. Bath floor had not even been swept. Breakfast which was advertised was nothing but Banana, apple, yogurt. Will make sure we never stay at Americas Best again.

Water coming down from the ceiling in the bathroom at 7:30 AM was told by the front desk nothing I could do about it !!! Gave me a mop and towels to clean up the water !! On top of that the front desk person was so rude and combative, told my wife to go to the store for milk and sugar for the coffee!! Can’t make this up ! Don’t ever go here! Disgusting and filthy!

2 story building with no elevator. There were old food stains visible all over the place as if nothing had been wiped down in a while. Hallways and stairwell had dirt and trash all over the place. Again, it was obvious that the place was not being cleaned as well as it should. Staff park their cars I front of door so you can’t pull your car up to load/unload. People visibly smoking weed outside and inside the hotel. Tv didn’t work well, AC rattled so bad we had to turn it off. Bad repairs that were an eyesore. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. Morning staff not visible when we left.

My first room smelled like an ash tray. Had to give me another. I’m 77 and my room was upstairs with no elevator and a long walk to the room with luggage. Breakfast was advertised. There was some small granola type bars and I think some orange juice and bananas. There is a difference between a snack and breakfast. One of the ladies was helpful and nice.

My wife and I along with my daughter had reservations for two room at your America's Best Value Inn.. First we were given rooms 129 & 130. Not one room but both rooms were in deplorable conditions, there was trash all over the rooms, rotting food in both rooms, food particles and crumbs in each bed, loose change littering the floor. Empty coke can and condiments open and left strewn about both rooms. I find it hard to believe after this experience that this establishment received a rating of 7.8 out of 10 stars online. Not only were the beds unmade they also contained food and crumbs all over them as well. Afterwards we went back to the front desk as the conditions of the room were inhospitable and disgusting. The front desk attendant apologized for the state of the rooms and moved us to different rooms located on the second floor and I wish to say that they were acceptable but this was not the case either. We were moved to rooms 201 & 202. Following our check-in to rooms 129 & 130 we were given two new rooms on the second floor rooms 201 & 202 and again they were anything but acceptable. There was rotting food that was inside the air conditioning vents in room 201 along with dirty countertops in the bathroom which also contained human hair that did not belong to my wife or myself. Then there is the issue of the shower curtain rod that is literally tearing away from the wall. In room 202 where my daughter was staying the security door latch was present however

The rooms where hot when first day of trip. The fact they didn't have elevators was a hassle. I asked for new sets of towels cause I stay two days never received them. Advertised a pool however the owner closed the pool long ago. There are no toiletries or coffee in the room. The ac was turned off when we arrived at 9 p.m. Took several hours to cool the room so unable to go to sleep until early morning. Woke after a few hours sleep to what they considered breakfast🙄. They had 2 yogurts and 2 breakfast bars, apple juice and old coffee. We were a group of 4 ladies. I will NEVER stay here again. Tried to get a refund but was told only manager could do the refund since I booked through hotels.com.

Absolutely gross hotel. Moldy shower, dirty carpet, none of the tables or chairs in both rooms where wiped down or cleaned and it smelled like marijuana on both floors including one of our rooms and the remote for the tv was caked with some sort of sticky stuff. The beds where the cleanest thing in the rooms but thats not saying much. I could go on but I dont have that much time. On another note the hotel staff at the front desk was top notch friendly, great customer service.
