“Pet Friendly suites”

We were generally pleased with our stay. The only complaint (more my husband's than mine) was the quality of TV reception. Although we had 2 HD TV's, they only had analog connection, so reception was poor. We only stayed one night, so we didn't bother to see if all rooms were the same. Other than that, the suite was very roomy and clean. Very reasonable, considering the amenities, including a hot breakfast buffet.

Very clean room. All the comforts of home on the road.

Great place, staff friendly but forgot wakeup call and would not let my daughter check before me as she got there first even though I called specifically to tell them it was ok and gave them her name.

“Get Some breakfast out!”

The hotel was very accomadating and allowed us to check-in early. The room was very small for a suite, but adequate and clean. The breakfast was supposed to be served from 6 am until 9 am. When we went down to the lobby at 7:15. There was no food to be seen, not even apples, bannanas and yogurt - Nothing! There were two girls hustling around who appeared to be trying to set something up. We waited ten minutes and had to leave without breakfast. Location was superb - lots of surrounding restaurants in an upscale area.

“Our van was robbed/vandalized”

OUR VAN WAS BROKEN INTO! Our window was smashed in and stuff was taken out of our van. Another car was also robbed. Apparently, there is a whole section of the parking lot that is not on security camera, and the front desk staff did not tell us this. They even admitted that they thought it was a former employee. They did not act like they even really cared, didn't offer us a discount on our room, nothing. I should think they would be concerned about their reputation.
