Pros: has a very home like feeling to it, the pool was so clean & clear, the beds are awesome!
Cons: a connecting hallway from the rooms to the lobby
very pleased with this hotel, rooms were clean, bed was comfy, pool was nice, our Son loved the basketball court, breakfast was good

Pros: The location is great
Cons: Housekeeping could be better and the building, etc. is getting run down.
Location: Restaurants nearby are adequate
Have stayed here numerous times and was usually quite pleased, however, this time it was disappointing at best. Room was unusually small, not even a micro or fridge, not much for the price paid. 2nd day, room was not cleaned,only bedding thrown back up and did receive more towels, but not any soaps, etc.

Location: Columbus Zoo about 6 miles, Eaton Mall 15 min, Magic Mountain about 10 min, Polaris Fashion Mall about 10 min. Zip line, walking trail 10 min
Loved this hotel! It was clean, staff was very helpful and very nice. My daughter, grandchildren and I wanted to spend a few days at the Columbus Zoo before school started. Columbus has a lot of hotels to choose from, I do believe I picked one of the best ones. We did get there early but thought we may be able to check in. The room was not ready but the front desk receptionist was so nice and helpful. She offered to call my cell phone when my room was ready. Sure enough she did. That was going above and beyond . Going the extra mile for customers is a plus! She also printed off directions to the American Girl Doll store, very nice! Great place, have already told several of my friends.

I can not brag enough about our stay at Homewood! The service was top notch-I even emailed a letter to the owner about it. I loved how the living area was separated from the bedroom area. Ive stayed in several "4 or 5 star" hotels, but this beats them all! I will stay here EVERY time im in Columbus. The continental breakfast was plentiful and filling, the pool was relaxing and the rooms were well laid out and clean! I highly recommend this location!

This was a very nice hotel. I was there got 4 nights. During the week they serve dinner and they have a nice breakfast very morning. The outdoor pool is nice but there never seemed to be enough towels and they were slow to replace them. The spa was broken and from what I heard from previous guests had been broken for awhile. The rooms are nice we definitely would stay here again close to many nice restaurants. Just be careful when booking that you are getting what you think you are because our room was not as described.

Overall the room was nice and clean. The hotel itself (entryways and common areas) is showing some age. It could use a good scrub and some paint. Breakfast was good. A dinner buffet is also offered but we did not eat there. We used the pool which was great. My biggest complaint though would be that the bedding that was in my non smoking room for the sofa bed reeked of cigarette smoke. Next time we will stay at a smoke free hotel.
