“Great All Around”

This was a very pleasant surprise for the money. We stayed 4 nights and we were comfortable the entire time. We loved the room layout and the huge flat screen t.v. The staff was very friendly any time we needed assistance. I would definitely stay here again.

“Wonderful place to stay”

The hotel was perfect for us. We weren't looking for a full-service hotel with lots of shops and restaurants. We wanted a comfortable place to spend the night. This was great. Everything was so clean and new. We couldn't believe the high-def, large-screen TV in the room. This will be our hotel when we visit Columbus again.

“One of our favorites!”

This hotel is lately remodeled and is very modern. It is well situated between all the best shopping centers in Northern Columbus right off the Interstate. The service in the hotel is wonderful and the amenities and decor make you feel like you're in your own city apartment for the weekend. Can't wait to go back!

“We liked it”

This was our first stay in a Hyatt Place and we liked the hotel concept. The lobby area was nicely laid out, with lots of smaller spaces for sitting, and a combination front desk-food shop-bar. The rooms were spacious (except for the bath), with separate sleeping and living areas, and were nicely furnished. The small closet and lack of drawer space were surprising but manageable. There were many good restaurants in easy walking distance, which made this a great location.

Guest services were great. Everyone was friendly and knew all the local attractions and events. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Lobby and business center were very comfortable.

We weren't sure how this hotel was going to be. We got it for a great price through expedia!! When we got there, we were very impressed. Very nice hotel. We will stay there again!!!

Once I got in the room, I thought I was in a 5 star hotel. The room is large and the 42" HD TV is great. Many restaurant options in the area.
