Excellent and friendly staff

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had a nice variety and was good. I have plans for staying in Columbis again next month and I will definitely be checking here first.

Pros: The staff was very well mannered and pleasant. This reflects quality management.
Cons: The "bar" is very small, but it is well stocked
Location: anything on the north end of Columbus is readily accessable
Room was clean and classy. Hotel staff was very nice and courteous; afternoon, evening, and morning.

Great Hotel Near Downtown Columbus

Pros: everything
Location: 12 miles from city center. jump on 315 for quickest access. hotel is surrounded by restaurants - mexican, steak houses. 5 miles from zoo & waterpark
Hotel is in immaculate condition. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate.

E.g. Nice hotel close to places to eat

Minimum 50 characters The bed was comfortable the room was a nice size. The bathroom was not very clean I saw mold in there. The other room the sheets had stains. I will not be back.

Staff was great. They wanted to do anything possible to make your stay very enjoyable. Room was okay, nothing spectacular. The only letdown was the breakfast. The food was worse than most continental breakfasts I've had at lesser hotels. Improve that and this would have been a better experience.

2-night stay at Hyatt Place Columbus/Worthington

Pros: Location.
Cons: A fresh, hot cup of free coffee should be available throughout the day, even though the lobby's mini-bar and -lounge offers drinks and tasty treats.
Location: Conveniently located near attractions and shopping and wonderful places to eat, the Hyatt Place Columbus/Worthington is a sure bet.
I enjoyed the Hyatt Place Columbus/Worthington accommodations. The staff members at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. My only disappointment was with the in-room movie menu; the options were on the fritz and weren't fixed during my visit.

Excellect Hotel

This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was kind and very helpful. The breakfast was fresh and varied each day as to what was offered. The bathroom was smaller than expected as compared to the rest of the room, but it was very clean none the less. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

Need to have more space in the bathroom. Area is very tight. Everything else was comfortable and spacious

Best for vacation

Pros: Its room was spacious, like an apartment complex
Location: movie theater and many dining options
Definitely one of the best hotels i have ever stayed
