“Downtown Columbus visit”

Great stay, room was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion that I have is that the hotel needs to invest in some vending machines for late evening snack.

“Pleasantly Surprised!”

I stayed here for a weekend conference. The staff was really helpful and very courteous. The hotel is loaded with conveniences that make your stay better. From valet parking, great room service, and internet-capable TV's to restaurants/bar/coffee house inside and the easy check-in/check-out process, you won't and shouldn't be disappointed. It is connected to the Columbus Convention Center, which made my stay even better! I had a great experience and would stay here again if I was in Columbus. I guess the only negative I have would be parking. The property's garage had filled, so I had to park a little bit away from the hotel. Packing bags around from the garage to the hotel wasn't fun! The only way this was bearable was the fact that there was a long, covered walkway connecting everything. I got lost a couple times in the walkway though, since it spanned a couple blocks and connected several hotels to the Convention Center. But again, overall the hotel is nice, has a great staff, and I would stay here again!

“This is the only place to stay in Columbus!”

I do a lot of travel for business so I visit hotels very often. I took my son to the Ohio State vs Miami of Ohio basketball game and stayed at the Hyatt because they were playing at the Nationwide Arena two blocks from the hotel. The staff was the best I have encountered in my 15 plus years of business travel. If every hotel staff was as pleasant and friendly as these folks were it would make staying at a hotel almost as nice as being at home. I would recommend if you are traveling to Columbus this is the only place to consider staying!

“Good all around hotel”

Great location if you want to be near the Short North neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. nearby. Acceptable room service. My room was an odd shape, but comfortable, everything worked and was clean. I like the separate desk area and good wireless WiFi access.

“Hyatt Regency - Downtown Columbus”

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Automated check-out using TV screen was great. Wake-up call on time, as was room service breakfast. Room clock radio was broken.

“A Long Business Trip”

This was a great stay -- this is a nice hotel -- very accommodating staff, great food and a nice comfy room.. They are connected with the Columbus Convention Center so is very convenient!!

“Great choice and location”

It's in a great area; close to Nationwide Arena, restaurants, river walk, park, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves....friendly and helpful staff too. Even the restaurant food was good with excellent service as well.

“Relaxing and convenient”

If you are attending an event at the convention center - this is the place to stay. Great food, convenient and allowed for late check out, no problem.

“Great Hotel for the Arena District”

This hotel was awesome. We were in town for a wedding and got a great rate because I booked under and unpublished room rate and by great I mean extremely LOW. It was also in a great location. We were able to walk to the arena district which has tons of bars and restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. Would stay again if I was staying in the area

“Great place to stay”

This hotel was top of the line, I would stay here again. It was very affordable for it's location, we attended a Blue Jackets game and we walked right to the arena. Afterwards walked to get something to eat and walked back. Very nice!!
