“Good all around hotel”

Great location if you want to be near the Short North neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. nearby. Acceptable room service. My room was an odd shape, but comfortable, everything worked and was clean. I like the separate desk area and good wireless WiFi access.

“Hyatt Regency - Downtown Columbus”

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Automated check-out using TV screen was great. Wake-up call on time, as was room service breakfast. Room clock radio was broken.

This was a great stay -- this is a nice hotel -- very accommodating staff, great food and a nice comfy room.. They are connected with the Columbus Convention Center so is very convenient!!

“Great choice and location”

It's in a great area; close to Nationwide Arena, restaurants, river walk, park, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves....friendly and helpful staff too. Even the restaurant food was good with excellent service as well.

If you are attending an event at the convention center - this is the place to stay. Great food, convenient and allowed for late check out, no problem.

“Great Hotel for the Arena District”

This hotel was awesome. We were in town for a wedding and got a great rate because I booked under and unpublished room rate and by great I mean extremely LOW. It was also in a great location. We were able to walk to the arena district which has tons of bars and restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. Would stay again if I was staying in the area

“Great place to stay”

This hotel was top of the line, I would stay here again. It was very affordable for it's location, we attended a Blue Jackets game and we walked right to the arena. Afterwards walked to get something to eat and walked back. Very nice!!

“Cleanest place I ever stayed at”

This hotel was very clean and the bed was extreamly comfortable. I stayed there for only one night for a Billy Joel/Elton John concert and if I ever had to go back to Columbus, ohio I would stay there again. The staff was vert nice and freindly.

Self check in was simple and easy. The room was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. We even had to order room service and it was very fast.

Highly recommend this hotel as it is very accessible and very close to a great district in Columbus. I've been twice, and will continue to stay at the Hyatt.
