“Great Nite”

It was a great room for a great price at the last minute. I prefer first floor rooms but was given a second floor room. Overrall it was a great night, saved some money.

One of the nicer hotels we have stayed at in the Columbus area. Strongly recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive but clean hotel.

“Columbus Trip”

Comfortable room with a good bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback was getting out of the lot. The hotel was located right next to the freeway and turning left onto the main road was difficult. I'd still stay here again:)

“Our Stay”

We only stayed there to sleep really the only disappointment was the pool wasn't open and there was a chair at the bottom of it. Otherwise it was a good stay.

If you're looking for a place to stay without spending hefty amnounts of money for equal service, this is the place to stay. This Columbus Howard Johnson is newly renovated with great customer service.

“What I expected”

This hotel was just what I needed ~ a clean, comfortable bed. It was not fancy and was dated, but was adequate. I didn't want to spend any more money just for a few hours sleep. I would stay there again. I had some friends who stayed cheaper, but in a worse neighborhood. I travel alone and felt fairly safe. The parking was right outside my door.

We had a very nice room..quiet...clean. The continental breakfast is unbelievable. Service is friendly but check in was long. The front desk didn't seem organized and were very slow. Our reservations were lost but they were very accomondating.

“Good for basic hotel needs”

We booked this hotel at the last minute for a place to stay close to a relative's house. We picked it for location to the home as well as price. You get what you pay for - for a low price, don't expect new facilities. They show their age, but they are also not neglected. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast in the morning was better than the standard contintental fare. I was pleased with what we received given the low price we paid.

“Good budget hotel in Columbus”

The Howard Johnson is one of the best "budget" hotels in Columbus, Ohio. It has free internet access, complimentary breakfast, and has very easy access to 71 which will get you anywhere in Columbus in no time.
