“Second visit to this hotel. They had busted water line-no hot water.”

Accomodations were good for the second visit. Weather was extremely cold and hotel had a busted water line, not hot water for showers. Continental breakfast was served, rooms were clean and fresh. Will plan on staying there again.

“Great Room, Great Price”

Quality Inn and Suites in Columbus has a quiet atmosphere, a minute or two from 71. The rooms are all located around a central hall with a New Orleans type feel where a continental breakfast is served each morning. The room featured a front "living room" type space with a couch, chairs, desk, and kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. The staff was helpful and made sure everything was confortable. This is a great place to stay for anyone going to be in Columbus. Highly Recommended.

“Very decent rooms, with very decent prices”

For the little money we paid, we got a great experience with this hotel, it's quiet, comfortable rooms, free Wi-Fi and HBO channels.

“Good quality for the price”

We stayed here on a family members recommendation, not sure what to expect. We had excellent service from the hotel staff. Within a few miles of the highway and close to several restaurants. We stayed in a king suite with a separate living room, microwave, and mini fridge. However, the cabinets were sealed. The cleanliness of the hotel is not on up the the standards of more expensive hotel. There is a restaurant on site, but we had so many people to see in a short time span we were unable to eat there. They do offer a limited continental breakfast in the mornings. They had waffles, bagels, toast, and one maybe two kinds of mini muffins everyday and a couple days they had fruit available. If they ran out of something that was available that day management was more than happy to get more for you. The limited breakfast might be due to the time of year or the limited number of guests at the hotel when we stayed. The front desk clerk even brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us to take with us in our travel mugs the day we checked out, which was appreciated with a 12 hour drive looming ahead of us. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Felt like a small Embassy Suites, with rooms opening off an inner courtyard. Nice scale, large rooms, a little dowdy in places, but very comfortable place to stay. Staff was very attentive.

Everything was nice--the sofa bed came in handy with our family size. But the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

“Awesome, but minor issues”

The fact is the hotel was very nice and very well kept, however we noticed some issues. The Toilet in our room was kinda not as sturdy as it should be. Infact it was very wobbly. The worst problem we had was the bed... It was so soft neither of us could fall asleep, and we both woke up with back pains. However aside from that, the hotel was peaceful, and a very nice place to stay. Just needs a few upgrades.
