Don't even consider this place it is disgusting!!

We have stayed at this hotel in the past years and it was below average, but it was the only thing available with the Good-guys National Car show in town. Unfortunately the management has let this fall into such disrepair it is too gross to even consider staying at any more. The place was absolutely filthy and for no other reason than lack of care. It almost appears as an abandon building now with weeds that have not been cut this year, a rotting laundry cart on the sidewalk with weeds growing through it in addition to amazing amounts of debris and trash. Our room was disgusting, it had a moldy bagel/biscuit, previous occupants' condoms other assorted trash and the dangling cabinet doors, broken table. The common areas were even worse. Not to mention the dead rabbit on the side walk, that stayed there the our whole stay, even after reporting it! We were so appalled we documented it with pictures just because it was so unbelievable. This site will only allow 6 pictures, too bad, we have about 20.

Location: lots of restraunts fast food to sit down
The power was out we needed a place to stay everyone was helpfull didnt blink a eye to help our stay to be enjoyable under the conditions no one was stuck up from the night clerks to the day clerks to the person cleaning the elevator . need a place to stay ? I liked it would go back again but hopefully under better times.

I made this reservation online, paid for the room for 2 nights in full, only to arrive at the hotel & it was closed due to a power outage. It will now take me 1-2 weeks to receive my money back.

AWFUL!!!!

WHEN WE ARRIVED, THE HOTEL WAS DESERTED. WE CALLED TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE OPEN. NOT A CAR IN THE PARKING LOT EARLY EVENING. GROUNDS NOT UPKEPT; DIRTY WINDOWS; SMELLED BAD. WE DIDN'T HAVE MUCH OF A CHOICE BECAUSE WE HAD SEARCHED FOR A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL. IT WAS LATE; WE WERE TIRED AND IT WAS JUST A STOP OVER ON OUR WAY TO BUFFALO. THE ROOM WAS ALREADY PAID FOR AND IT WAS TOO LATE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL. SO WE STAYED. WHEN WE WOKE IN THE MORNING, THERE WERE TWO OTHER CARS THERE THAT MAY HAVE ARRIVED OVERNIGHT. WE SET THE ALARM FOR 6AM AND LEFT AS SOON AS WE COULD GET OUT. THE MANAGER COULDN'T PRINT A RECEIPT FOR US. MY HUSBAND WAS CONCERNED SO HE CALLED DAYS INN/CHOICE HOTELS COPORATE. THEY SAID THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL WAS NOT A DAYS INN/CHOICE HOTEL. WHAT'S THAT ALL ABOUT? PLEASE CHECK WITH CORPORATE AND REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR SITE! THE MANAGER SAID THAT THE HOTEL WAS BEING RENOVATED AND HE WAS NOT ACCEPTING MORE THAN A COUPLE OF RESERVATIONS. IF THE HOTEL WAS BEING RENOVATED ISN'T IT A SAFETY MEASURE TO KEEP IT CLOSED? WE COULDN'T WAIT FOR THE MORNING IT WAS EERY BEING IN AN EMPTY HOTEL!!!!

The hotel manager was kind enough to let use a conference room to change clothes in even though hotels.com had overbooked and there was no room for us. THAT was the only good thing about this experience.

Worst hotel ever.

Between the guy sending countless numbers of people away because he had overbooked the hotel. The free continental breakfast was enough for maybe the staff of the hotel. The pool beyond filthy to swim and the air conditioning working halfway in the room broken dressers with filthy showers. The fitness room consisted of a broken treadmill and another broken machine with an empty water container and a broken air conditioning unti in here as well. Vending machine being sold out of practically everything. The extreme rudeness of the owners and up keepers. It was entirely unacceptable and is one hotel I can gladly say we will not be revisiting

Hotel was old and furniture was old . Staff was polite and helpful. Central courtyard had nice wrought iron railings and banister. Hotel is right across the street from Budweiser brewery so had an interesting smell outside . Plenty of restaurants within a mile of the hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever seen

I just completed my stay at the Quality Inn and the hotel was, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We checked into our room Friday night. After unpacking our things, we turned on the television only to discover that the signal was so poor that we couldn't see or hear anything. Later that night, I was away from the hotel and was attempting to call my companion in our room only to have the front desk clerk tell me that phone service to all of the rooms was also out. Both the cable TV and the phone were completely unusable for the duration of our stay. The room itself was dirty. The carpet was stained. There was thick dust on the furniture. Much of the furniture was broken. The sheers at the window had a 5 foot long tear. To top things off, I bought some donuts on Saturday morning and we sat the extra 2 in the box on the dresser. When I opened the box a few hours later, I found it teeming with hundreds of tiny ants. It was absolutely disgusting and completely inadequate for any guests.
