“Eh”
Kinda dirty, not the nicest place to stay at. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. The people at the front desk were somewhat unhelpful with situations such as there being no open parking in the parking lot, or the guy ahead of me in line asking for more pillows and them being *out* of them.
“Disgusted”
Room was not ready upon check in @11 was told to come back @1pm.Thin walls,occupant across hall screamed all night to mgmt.about her room being broke into.Main problem with stay- was ceiling leak in bathroom.The liquid dripped down on us while we stood at the sink.(orange colored liquid)this was really gross!
“Convienent location”
This is a nice hotel close to the airport. The hotel shuttle was not running, but the paid for a complimentary taxi. Great for an overnight stay waiting for an early flight out.
“No Heat No Shuttle”
Stayed in hotel last week. Myself and two clients stayed in three separate rooms. When we arrived the outside temp was 12 degrees and the heat had been turned off in all of our rooms. The temp was in the 40's in our rooms. I turned the heater on high and was able to get the room to 55 overnight. One client requested a new room behind the front desk which was was slightly warmer. The other client doubted his room ever reached 50 degrees. We checked into the rooms at midnight and felt it was too late to find 3 new rooms that night, in another hotel. I slept in a sweater and down coat but it did not help. Both myself and a client have been significantly ill since that night. As a bonus, there is a laminated sign at the front desk which says "Airport shuttle leaves every hour on the hour". I confirmed with the front desk that the sign was in fact correct. The next morning after waiting by the sign, I asked what was happening and was informed that there is no shuttle, the two "shuttles" parked outsides weren't in use, and the man at the desk the night before had no idea. They have to call you a cab and then they reimburse the cab. But no one tells you that, so you can stand there waiting for the shuttle which never comes. I travel approximately 20 times per year for business and must say this was the worst hotel experience of my career. Would never stay here again.

“Great airport hotel”
Very close to the airport and is why we stayed. rest/bar & grills near as well. the bathrooms were updated. great for a stay over before a flight out of Port Columbus Airport.
“Week of Peace”
This hotel was nice. It's rooms were clean and comfortable. The room I had had and issue with some of the electricial outlets. The bar in the resturant was closed the whole time I was there and the breakfast left a little something to be desired. But the people were great.
