Pros: location, staff is nice and price would be fair if the place was better maintained. Work needs to be done
the blankets were stained and not very cleaned. I thought that the bed and covers were very comfortable just not clean. The place overall is just in bad shape, both the elevators and hallways were beat up

Had rented three rooms, all three of the rooms had minor plumbing problems. Toilets leaked sinks and bathtubs would not drain very well. Rooms were very dated and not cleaned very well.

Pros: Located close to our event at the Ohio Expo Center. Easy on and easy off of I-71
The staff was very nice. The hotel was easy to find, very close to I-71.

Location: Easy access to I 71 and downtowm Columbus - nothing to do in immediate area, unless you want to drink and dance at Bowties lounge at the hotel, which
I have stayed in this hotel before, when it was worth a 3 star, now it barely rates a 1 star. The heating unit did not work, even after maintenance "fixed it" we froze all night. The commode was lose and we would nearly fall every time we used it. The computers in the business center did not work. The restaurant advertised closing time at 9:00. When we arrived at 8:20, they told us they were closed. So late night in Columbus we had to go out to find dinner. Handicap ramp cement was cracked and chipped. When we sat in the chair in the room, the lamp behind the chair had the lampshade fall on our head. There seemed to be inadequate lighting for a handicapped room. There was just a general decay in the building from my previous experiences.

Dirty pool.. elevators very shaky.. The rooms seemed out of place because the hallways needed a huge overhaul. The room seem like they tried to revamp it.. it wasn't bad

Our toilet was broken & fixed while we were out but it must have overflowed because the carpet was soaked and our room smelled like sewage. The TV was unplugged and after we plugged it in the volume wouldn't work.

Horrible Hotel

Hotel smelled rooms were dirty and pools were down due to renovations. Had o know this I would have never booked there. Hotels should be required to let 3rd party entities like Expedia know they are renovating so a customer can make an informed decision. Our stay was ruined because of this. They were quite rude when I tried to cancel my reservations. I was told by the front desk I should have booked through them and they could have helped but because it was done online I would just have to deal with it. Just shameful how people act now days. Very upset with Expedia. I will never use them again.

Dont take your shoes off!

Cons: Vacuum the floors or remove the carpets, its easier to clean and you dont need the vacuum!
Location: Bob Evans for breakfast, dont order the fake eggs! Tim Hortons was awesome, the vehicle in front of us, paid it forward and bought our coffees!
Nothing worse then taking your shoes off after a long drive and walking across a dirty floor, small pebbles from someones shoes all over the floor. Never mind being bare foot! the back of the toilet was also not clean. I didnt want to touch anything but too late we were already paid through Expedia, wont do that again! I spoke to the front desk about the floors and he said, we hear this all the time!!! I commented, they shoudl remove the carpets. It was extremely humid when we walked in to the lobby to check in. We asked if the room had Air conditioning, she said yes, however, it did not get lower than 24'C

We chose this one b/c of indoor pool. But it was closed. Disappointing. $8 for brkfst was too much especially when others provide it for free. Had comp coffee but ran out. Beds were ok but mine sloped significantly. Linens were verynice. Tube Tv was awful. They said they were under construction but what I saw were attempts atcovering up problems rather than remodeling which the old facility needs.
