“The Smell that lingered...”

After a long day of driving, my wife and I had reserved a room at this hotel specifically asking for a no smoking room. When we got there, after lugging the suitcases up one flight of stairs, we opened the door to the room and guess what awaited us. That's right...the unmistakable odor of smoke. Even more ironic, there was a no smoking sign on the table next to the bed. To the hotels credit, the staff was helpful and apologetic, and got us in another room quickly. It was a standard room. A packet of shampoo, not a bottle, and a safe. We got more for the same money in a hotel in Springfield, so we will not be coming back.

“Hillard's Red Roof Was Excellent”

Staying at the Red Roof in Hillard was a good experience. The only issue was that the air conditing unit did not work. When I phoned the desk I was offered another room, but I had already unpacked. Everyone was very nice.

“just stayed for the night.”

we chose it because it was half way to our destination and we were able to drive into columbus quickly and easily for some drinks. worked out well and the front desk girl who greeted us was extremely nice and personable. hope its the same for you

“Nice for what it is”

Used it for an overnight stay, the room was clean, the service was nice, and our stay was quite enjoyable.

“we were not impressed at all”

We had to call the front desk 3 times for bath towel and then my husband had to go to the front desk and get them his self. The people next to us had 3 dogs that they put outside at 5 AM and they did was bark and the staff did not do nothing about it. We will not be using that Red Roof Inn again.

The area was very nice and the entire family would be safe and have fun.
