Cons: New Management - I'm thinking! or maids that want to show up before noon, or show up for that fact.
Let's say I will be contacting Expedia, for a refund for the last day! I would not even offer this hotel to Expedia customers. I should have known when I checked in the first evening - they had to put me in another room because the maids had not finished cleaning. - 3 nights I couldn't get into my room and had to have a new key made each night. The last night I came back to the hotel, in the evening, once again I had to have another key made and there had been no maid service. I'm thinking what am I paying for? I can honestly say that if Expedia will not stand behind these issues I will no longer continue using Expedia for my traveling.

Pros: Perkins restaurant next to hotel was very good and easy access from hotel. Room was adequate with half refrigerator and microwave. Staff was nice.
Cons: Make use of that brush attachment with vacuum to suck out the crud in the exhaust fan and HVAC unit.
Location: Easy access to highways needed for the trip purpose.
Bath tub drainage was terrible. After showering the tub was full of shower water, so much for rinsing off. Last, the light/exhaust fan in bathroom was very dirty.

Found a cockroach in the tub. Blankets had burn holes in them. Would not go back again.

There had been several people stay the night before and the case to the fire extinguisher had been broken and the pieces were still laying at the top of the stairs when I checked in Sunday afternoon. The sidewalks had not been cleared nor had the trash been picked up outside the building on the bottom floor around the stairs and yard .The girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful so there is a plus.

Adequate economy hotel; good location with nice variety of restaurants, shopping nearby. Very courteous staff.
