Discovering Columbus's Renaissance HotelPosted Aug 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
Everything ran smoothly at the Renaissance - the place is a well-oiled machine.

Wonderful!Posted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a beautiful hotel in a clean and nice part of Columbus. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Didn't like having to pay $13 for WiFi and I also don't like to valet park ($25) so I parked in a lot across the street for $15 for all day. Roof top pool was cool!

Very nice!Posted Jul 15, 2013
Justin Bieber stayed here and the staff handled the pandemonium elegantly! Definitely recommend this hotel! Best hotel in the area. I have stayed at the Hilton, and the Hyatt regency; neither compare to this hotel!

Central location for our concert and dinnerPosted Jul 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Service was great, so was the room. Late night food at the bar was great and so was the service.

Luxury comfort with characterPosted May 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel, services, amenities and room were luxurious, but not stuffy. There was great charm and character in the hotel. The staff were attentive, pleasant and profesisonal.

stayed for 2 night:Posted May 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
Everything satisfactory but few suggestions to make better: Towels are not in the bathroom, they are in the closet outside the bathroom. No towel racks to hang towels in the bathroom. Sheets culd be upgraded. What surprised us in a good way, the hotel was full and it was quiet (and our room was next to the elevator). Big plus!

Small RoomsPosted May 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Went here for a weekend get away. Good location down the street from the state capital and a block away from High St. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant one night. The food and service were very good and priced fairly. Only complaint was the room was small and the bathroom even smaller. Two people can not be in the bathroom at one time. Also, charged for WiFI and valet parking. But did have a great view of the city.
