The parking was irritating. A lot of money to keep a car. We could hear everything walking down the halls from others rooms but not inside our actual room. Housekeeping was very quick. As soon as I pushed the towels button on my app, they were there. For the amount of money we paid, I wish there would’ve been more coffee. I had only one regular for two nights. Brian at the bar was great. My daughter requested a drink that didn’t taste like alcohol and he came up with what we branded as “The Brian” The pool table and workout room is a nice touch considering the pool and hot tub were out of season. :)

The staff at the desk was great, everyone was so nice, the only problem I had was getting in my car and a valet driver had cut me off almost potentially causing an accident. The whole place is clean, but it isn’t anything out of the ordinary for a hotel. At least for me. I recommend this place solely for the nice staff.

The property was fine and the staff were polite. I was very surprised since the web site advertises free wi-fi, and then i received a sticker shock at check out. They charged me $14.95 everyday for Wi-fi although I am a Marriott BonVoy member. I am extremely disappointed. It was very hard to read the bill.

Materials were dated—old tile and blackened grout always make the whole place seem tired and drab. The rooms seemed a bit used and drab. The staff was pleasant. There was a Starbucks nearby and some restaurants onsite and nearby, which was convenient.

The mattresses could stand to be turned iver or around as there was a dip on the edge where people sit and a hump in the center. The carpet was worn and dirty looking and the room had a funky smell. The lobby also had that same funky smell and lighting in lobby was off-putting at night.

Staff was excellent. Pool/hot tub area and water was not the cleanest. Got in and right out of the hot tub when I saw dirty scum on the inside wall. Only downside of our stay. Room, food and staff were great.

If you are going to book for an event you should be prepared to be flooded with guests. My room was reserved and PAID FOR months before iur checkin. Yet our room was not ready as well as 200 other people that were checking in. We were put on a waitlist to be called when it was ready. 3 hours later no phone call. I got changed in a bathroom stall with 10 other girls who had no room yet. It was so hot inside my hair was soaked from sweat. I couldnt even clean up before our event that started at 5pm. That ruined my experience. We waited to try to check in at 4pm our room wasnt ready. Your policy is 4pm check in. Im not sure I would reccommed if you have any sort of timing itinerary. Other than that our room was nice. Clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately the bedding had not been changed on one of our beds and we found blood as we were heading to bed late on Friday night. Big shout out to Mohammad who was quick to help us any way he could and saved the day with clean sheets.

Very nice and clean! Valet parking for the garage was super convenient! The only negative was the shower door didn’t stay closed. Definitely recommend!

The staff and location were great. The conditions of the building are showing signs of aging and need updates. The thermostat broke in the middle of the night so our room got pretty toasty. Also, during high traffic checkout times, the elevators are next to impossible to get on. We finally gave up after waiting 20 minutes for an elevator car and walked down several flights of stairs with all our luggage. With all that being said, when I visit Columbus, this will be the hotel my family stays at due to the wonderful staff and great location. The pool set up is a great bonus as well, I just wish it was open later.
