“Classy place in a great location”

You can tell that the staff working at this hotel care. Very friendly and helpful and they maintain the place to a high standard. It's located not far from the airport and very easy to find. There are many great restaurants located nearby and we took advantage of walking the neighborhood and enjoying some different places. Our bartender in 41 Latitudes was fantastic. Cornell answered all our questions and made a wicked lemon drop martini!

This hotel provided a wonderful staying experience. The accomodations were comfortable and clean. The pool and fitness center were very nice and well maintained.

Other than the online access which was available for free in the lobby (WIFI), but was not available in my room... although it was supposed to be there for a cost, it was not.. it appeared to be a good hotel,

“Don't miss the restaurant”

Service was friendly and attentive. Room was very quiet even with families in hallway, large desk with office chair, king bed with firm mattress and soft pillows, and modern fixtures in bath. We had dinner and buffet breakfast at Lattitude 41. It was the best breakfast i've had in years, everything was fresh.

“Very Nice”

Overall a very nice hotel, close to everthing downtown. Little far from airport but they have a deal with the blue cab company if you call in advance. Only had an issue one day with housekeeping forgetting to do my room but called when I returned from my business meetings and they sent someone right away to handle it.

“Wonderful Employees, very helpful!”

I had booked a different hotel which turned out to be in a sketchy area, not to mention have gross rooms. I called the Renaissance at around 6:15 AM to see if they had any available rooms. They said they did and i asked if i could go ahead and check in. The lady at the desk said check in was not until 3. I told her my situation and she was very understanding. She checked room availability and told me to come then. I checked in around 7 and my stay was perfect...Clean rooms, helpful people, and a great location! The only downfall was the mandatory valet parking ($23/night) on top of the $15.85 per night taxes and fees. Nonetheless, Thanks again guys!!

This hotel is in walking distance or $7 cab ride to the Short North and offers a roof top pool, gym, free M&M's and beautiful decor. Our room had 2 very comfy queen beds, an empty fridge & all the usual ammenidies. Everything was clean & our room was quite despite the hotel being totally book for 3 weddings and a football game that weekend. I would definately stay there again!

“Very comfortable”

The room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. Definitely my choice if I return to Columbus.
