Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: You could offer a "discount" for smoking guests since you don't provide a smoking lounge - there's an idea.
Specifically I wanted a hotel that offered a hot tub for its guests. The ammenities listed on the website indicate both a swimming pool and hot tub. So I booked, this specific hotel based on that information. Imagine my disappointment to arrive in a snow storm and THEN be advised the pool/hot tub are OUTSIDE AND CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. Almost $200.00 for the same thing I could have gotten at Motel 8. To add insult to injury, the hotel forces you to use a $25 valet. The bellman took our bags to the room, but never mentioned the hidden fridge/microwave. I will not re-visit in the future.

Pros: Rooms were clean, overall hotel was clean
Cons: Staff not good at all. To many hotels to choose from than to deal with this kind of service
Location: Did not get to experience the town as we were there for a wedding
$25 a day parking fee not told about, maid entered room because they had us as checked out when it was the middle of the stay, manager wanting proof it was our room when it was the room they assigned. All around bad service

Close to downtownPosted Oct 27, 2013
Location: Great restaurant called Mitchell's Steak House across the street.
The staff was nice enough but the room ended up being over $100.00 dollars above the price quoted on Expedia site. We thought we'd try it anyway because it looked so nice. We were told there were only two rooms left at this price(the inflated one) but the hotel seemed deserted. The bed was not so comfortable with sheets that did not fit properly. The heat was hard to stabilize so I was up a couple of times adjusting. The bathroom was very cramped with no tub. I was not happy to pay $12.95 for Wi Fi access so adding that to the $260.00 plus room charge it was a pretty expensive unsatisfactory stay. Our room was a single king and there were two of us staying.

Great hotel, great view!Posted Sep 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
I had a room on the 14th floor and I didn't want to go to bed because the view was so great! The room was comfortable and everything worked. My only criticism is that there is a backup at the valet stand during check out. They should tell you to call 15 minutes beforehand so your car is ready when you go down. The convenience of having a valet was overshadowed by the almost half hour wait with no place to sit.

OVER PRICEDPosted Sep 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
WE WENT TO COLUMBUS FOR A WEDDING AND THIS HOTEL WAS THE ONE THAT THE WEDDING PARTY STAYED AT. IT HAD A SHUTTLE TO WEDDING THAT NO ONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SO WE MISSED IT THE WHOLE REASON WE STAYED THERE. WHEN I BOOKED IT WAS CHEAPER ON LINE AND THEY WOULD NOT MATCH THE PRICE IT WAS ALMOST $70.00 MORE TO BOOK DIRECT AND EVERYONE AT THE WEDDING SAID THE SAME THING AND THAT PEOPLE WERE RUDE WHEN THEY CALLED. THE ROOM IT SELF VERY SMALL ONLY 1 SINK AND 1 BIG MIRROR IN BATHROOM HARD TO GET 4 PEOPLE READY AT SAME TIME. COFFEE POT NO COFFEE. NOTHING FREE IN LOBY FOR BREAKFEST NOT EVEN COFFEE. WAY OVER PRICED FOR EVERYTHING ALSO YOU HAVE TO VALEY PARK IF YOU LEAVE WHICH WE HAD TO PAY EVEN MORE SINCE WE MISSED THE SHUTTLE. OTHER PEOPLE AT THE WEDDING (SMART ONES) BOOKED A ROOM DOWN THE RD FOR ALOT LESS NITE WITH FREE BREAKFEST AND BIG ROOMS. LIVE AND LEARN WOULD NOT RECOMEND

What a surprise for such a high-end hotelPosted Aug 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
I had requested a King Size bed and was forced to take a dual of queen size beds because my room requested wasn't available. I went to the room and to my surprise the light switch was broken. I went over to the table lamp in darkness and the table light was blown. I touched my way to find the bathroom and finally found a working light. Not a great start. Accessories were wonderful. Parking is $25.00 Very high for Columbus, Ohio
