“Great hotel!”

We stayed here for my friend's bachelorette party. The hotel staff sent complimentary wine and truffles to the room. The hotel was convenient and well kept!

“Doesn't Get Any Better Than This!!!”

This is a fantastic hotel. It is very lovely. The rooms are nicely furnished, very upscale. The beds are plush, very comfy. We had a room on the 17th floor with the most incredible view of the city. The city lights at night were beautiful. We took an evening walk around the area, the city was clean, but very very quiet. Almost no one around, it was a Sunday night but even though it seemed strangely quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a stay in Columbus.

“Fireworks and All”

I requested an upper room with a view. Not only did we have a great view we could see quite a bit of the red, white and boom. Even though they said we couldn't see it. Everyone there was so friendly. We love it and will stay there again the next time we are in Columbus.

“Very Impressed”

The room (including the bathroom) was very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a great view from our room! We had no problems whatsoever during our stay.

First trip to Columbus and loved it all. The hotel was in a great location. easily acessible and easy to ride bikes over to ohio State campus.. parking was convienent. beautiful patio with fountain to sit outside at and have a few cocktails. staff couldn't have been nicer.

A very hospitable hotel where staff goes out of the way to correct any wrong. Did not encounter any difficulties with anything. Outstanding comfort from great mattresses, which consumers can order from Hyatt catalogs; my son and I will be ordering our new mattresses from there. I loved the food and was impressed with the Hotel chef cooking for room service. Rooftop lounge is very nice offering a great continental breakfast and viewing area for T.V. I like the amenities Hyatt offers including showerhead, circular bath curtain, good soap and shampoos, comfortable high thread count sheets, and general cleanliness. Everything was in good working order. Very pleasant stay!

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms were wonderful! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely be my choice for my next stay in Columbus, Ohio!

“Relaxing Stay”

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt on Capitol Square very much. It is connected to a shopping mall which was nice. The parking garage was very reasonable, the rooms were nice, the view of the city was great and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any traveler.

Our experience was excellent, from the valet attendant to the room service attendant. The room was large and very comfortable. It gave us a chance to relax and feel at home.
