The property was in a safe area, the exterior and the lobby looked to be maintained. The hotel staff was very nice and greeted us upon arrival and each morning. It was nice that there was a bar and restaurant on the property.
The inside pool area was very dirty, the railing into the pool was broken. It looked like the tile and area around the pool had not been cleaned in a long while. Very disappointed that the 2 bedroom suite we booked was so small. Not even enough seating in the living room area of the suite for all of our family to sit. The sofa bed couch had lots of stains and looked pretty shabby for a larger room. The suite's bathroom was not clean, it looked like the floors and shower stall had not been cleaned, the towels smelled musty. We booked it for 5 people but they only supplied towels for 4. Although the staff were friendly, it looks like no one is following up with their cleaning staff and pool maintenance staff. Although the hotel is in a safe area, we will not be staying here again.
