Uncomfortable beds, comforters need deep cleansing

Pros: It was modern looking, kitchenette feature was nice. Like the separated sleeping area and couch area. Fitness area very clean and free laundry.
Cons: Comforters need replaced or cleansed immediately. Mattresses need replaced.
Location: OSU games, Crew games
Beds were the most uncomfortable ever experienced in a hotel. Hard as a rock. Virtually no sleep because of it. Comforters dirty and smelled like body odor! Need replaced or deep cleansing terribly. Smell was so bad it made us nauseous! Ceiling of shower peeling. Pool area was too noisy, no adult supervision of any children there but our own. They jumped all over everyone in the pool, screamed for no reason. Entire area to walk to pool was saturated with water with no posted "wet floor" signs. I fell twice walking our toddler to the water, and had a kid jump in front of our toddler knocking him under water. We lasted 5 minutes at the pool and left with migraines. Free breakfast seemed unorganized. Long line to waffle maker. Congested breakfast area, everyone on top of each other. It was free food, and when we were able to actually eat it did taste good. Overall, I don't feel like it was worth the price paid, $175/night.

Being a extended stay corporate hotel we have in place a no birthday pool party , noise agreement.We limit the use of the pool to registered guest only. Guest are required to sign this agreement upon check in. I'm sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused you but as you stated to us the staff put a stop to it when notified. Amazing stay!

Our stay here was amazing! We were in town for a football game and wanted to get to the festivities ASAP and the staff was so accommodating and got us into our room early so we could go enjoy the day! Everything was super clean and great in the room! Such a great stay we will be staying here again!

Great hotel (price vs quality) for the area

The hotel is great for the price. I had a king suite that was completely renovated and very modern, complete with kitchen sink, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, and even a stylish backsplash. I didn't interact with the staff much, but they were friendly and accommodating. Breakast during the week included pre-cooked omelets, warm country-style ham, salad bar, Belgian waffles, danishes, and the usual cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. I also saw the Marriott rooms (way over priced for the same quality) and the Country Inn (very dated). I'm happy I chose Staybridge.

Great Stay for Football Weekend

Very comfortable room, conveniently located, hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of items. Overall, an excellent hotel.

The room needed some maintenance, but was very clean. The staff we interacted with was very pleasant. Food options in the area were limited to off-site delivery or McDonalds. For the price, though, it was a good choice.

Unuser Friendly Staff

Last month, for the first time, we stayed in a Staybridge in Idaho. It was wonderful. So on our next business trip we stayed at this Staybridge, day and night (no pun intended). First the staff was unable to give directions from the airport; the access is tricky. When we asked if we could upgrade to a king bed, they said Hotels.com would not let them do it. They gave us the worst room!. The parking lights shown in through the window coverings.It appears that if you book through Hotels.com you are considered second rate (pun intended).

First of all the man at the front desk greeting, and performing the check in was very friendly! It was a breath of fresh air, especially after a long drive. I am sorry I didn't catch the gentleman's name. The interior of each room is just beautiful.You also get a kitchen equipped with pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, anything you want. There is also a sectional couch and tv. This hotel is wonderful... and even better not a horrible price!
