light was burned out by the door we entered to get to our room. Door didn't lock or even shut to outside. Black hairs in shower. breakfast was awful. hardly anything to eat and the orange juice was tang

Don't stay here...

This room was terrible. Housekeeping had left a broom leaning against the desk, maybe they weren't done? Went to sit in the chair and it was horribly stained and dirty. Refrigerator had leaked and left a 3 ft diameter wet spot on the carpet. Walls in the bathroom had peeling paint and the toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down for quite some time. Not a good stay.

We had to clean the bathroom before we could use it. The coffee maker was crusted with used coffee. There were hairs in the bathroom, not from the head. The waffles were good. The desk clerk chastised me for booking through this site and not calling directly. Our room reeked of smoke for two reasons: the room next door was a smoking room and you could tell when they were actively smoking and because they clearly never actually deep-cleaned the room. We had to go buy cleaning products and Febreeze. Location is good.

the only compliant I have is the hallway smelled "musty". But staff was very prompt and great!
