Pros: Serious??
Cons: Where do I begin? New carpet, new linens, new paint, it could smell much better, Cover the entrance with a canopy, move the entrance off the road
Location: There is a shopping mall behind the motel. There are a several restaurants behind and down the street
It's a place to sleep. Camping in a tent would have been more comfortable.

Room cleanliness

Pros: The location is next to Peachtree mall.
Cons: Need to be cleaned and some maintenance done.
Location: The mall.
Room was not clean, sheets had white and yellow spots. The bed cover had white crusty spots. Bed is lopsided, pillows were super hard. Bathroom is not clean, floor tiles peeled, shelf tables are dusty, floor carpets dirty. Shower faucet was not working. Overall rating of 1. I would never sleep here again.

I didn't stay because of the condition of the Hotel. It had an unsafe feeling. The beds leaned to one side. The carpet was back in the 70's. The smell was awful. Its not fit for a family or anyone who has respect for themselves.

It's a Super 8!

What do you expect? The place was clean, but dingy, like steam cleaning or carpet replacement was desireable, but it was vacuumed and mopped, etc. No roaches, bed bugs, or fleas. Linens were good. Cable TV was fuzzy. Continental breakfast was subpar, but again, it's not a Courtyard. It's good for guys who just need to sleep and shower with no frills and no service. I'm probably going to stay there again, if I am working in that neighborhood.

hotel in run-down condition, scary fellow guests

Over school spring break, our family arrived late at night to the Super 8 in Columbus, GA, exhausted and eager to settle into our room. But after seeing the cigarette burns on the carpet and bedspreads, the floppy mattresses and stained sheets, not to mention the flow of questionable types in and out of the dingy lobby with no apparent purpose, we quickly cancelled our reservation and found another hotel. By 2 a.m. we were finally in bed. We appreciate Hotel.com for giving us a refund, but we had to find another hotel on our own, and we are dismayed that we were sent to a very sub-par hotel in the first place. Super 8 has a decent reputation, but this particular property needs a serious overhaul.

Never again

Worst $45/night + fees ive ever spent in my life. mold in bath tub. stains all over floor and carpet. tv was fuzzy and cut out after midnight. breakfast was A piece of fruit and fake juice. staff did nothing to resolve my issues. ive spent less $ on much better rooms with other site. doubt ill be using expedia in the near future for my travel needs.

Meh. Get what you pay for...

The staff was really friendly and sweet with my son. Besides that, they don't come around nearly enough to change towels, sheets, trash bags, etc and I was always going up to the front to ask for service. Card keys had to be remagnetozed after one use pretty much. Very inconvenient. A little dirty in public areas, but the rooms weren't too bad. I thought the beds and pillows were fine. All in all, I would stay here again. Mostly because it is an okay price, right across from Peachtree Mall, and not too far from Fort Benning.
