My first impression was that the lobby looked renovated then the last time I stayed here, neat and put together, and I loved the plants! Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and I got ground floor like I requested! I loved the bright lit lights all around the parking lot made me feel safe. I was scared to stay because of the reviews but it was a great place for the price and they even had actually good breakfast! Definitely recommend.

I was first put into a non-smoking room that had cigarette ashes, spilt alcohol, and the carpets look to never have been vacuumed. I spoke with front desk and they were apologetic and gave me a new room. The next room (non-smoking) had stains on sheets, a really bad leak under the sink that front desk gave me towels for, used soap bar and hair in the shower. Room smelled like smoke. Breakfast was lackluster. Only eggs and waffles for hot items and just overall not the best. I would not recommend staying here. The only thing about it that was okay was the front desk. Very apologetic, but not worth the stay.

They were super nice an friendly an helpful the property was quiet the bed was amazing the pillows were amazing they were the best theee only thing that was wrong was the toilet paper roll was broken in the bathroom an the free breakfast was small not a lot of options other than yes I would go back I would just stay in a jacuzzi room not a regular one

This was such a horrible experince. The hotel room I stayed in was sooo cold. We called them they told us to decrease the heat to 75 degree’s. Mind you it was like 20 degrees or less smh. The room wasn’t the cleanest. It looked like they rushed to clean last minute. Save your money!!

I had to leave before my week stay was up. I asked the attendant at the front desk for a refund of the last 2 nights that I would not be using. The attendant left a note, but when expedia contacted the manager they would not refund at all! The walls and floor were horrible for a "non-smoking" room and the shower never shut all the way off and dripped all night. WILL NOT stay here again.

Problems from The beginning room had no power had to be switched to different room. Hotel had a problem with keys. Couldn't get the key until 9:30 when we were there at 5. Felt very unsafe. People standing outside our hotel room yelling making a lot of noise. Person and a car blasting music for over an hour until 1:30 called front desk, nothing was done. A lot of noise all around this is a party hotel. If you are looking for a Good Night's sleep, this is not the place for you.

The whole Experience was bad. I paid a $146 for a room with a hot tub and didn't have hot water. And then you couldn't get the key to your room because the key machine was down. The front desk staff was rude and eco-system in the place we just dirty
