The location is fantastic if you have a flight in or out of Columbus. The shuttle bus to and from was very prompt and easy to find. The hotel room itself was nice for the price. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Can't comment on the restaurant this time but maybe next trip. I will return here whenever in the area.

What a beautiful place. Excellent service, friendly easy-to-approach staff, excellent food. For the price, I was astounded by the plushness of the lobby and common areas. The hot tub was a pleasent surprise, food excellent and room service fast. Outstanding value.

“Very Nice and Surprisingly Quiet”

This hotel is actually on the Columbus Airport access road. You can walk to it from the terminal. It is convenient and comfortable. Being so close to the airport I was concerned about noise, but the rooms even facing the runways were very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to be close to the airport or anyone that wants to stay in a nice hotel on the east side of Columbus near Easton. The fact that you can't beat the rates is a nice bonus.

Staff arranged for exras for us regarding eaarly flight time next morning. Food service and quality in Concourse restaurant was excellent. the two of us have disabilities and were helped by staff with unexpectedly good service.

We had to come to Columbus for a family emergency. Several of the staff knew our situation and extended us every courtesy and helped us in multiple ways (for instance, giving us use of their office computer and printer when the business center was busy or the printer not working). If we need to stay at a hotel in Columbus again, we won't look any further than the Concourse.

“Weekend Getaway :)”

It was a nice hotel. Very nice and affordable room service. Very comfortable bed. Close to airport but we didn't hear a plane all night. Both indoor and outdoor pools were nice and clean. Hotel staff was welcoming. It has two floors, but no elevator. We were on the second floor, it wasn't bad but if you have any disabilities, you might want to take that into consideration. Nice hotel! Would go back!
