Ignore the pictures

No room looks like the pictures displayed. They are really nice and comfortable. Max and Ermas staff members are absolutely amazing.

like past reviews, walls and floors seemed paper thin, worn out from the road trip and room above walking around still woke us up, at 2 am !!!

Great for being down town columbus but that's it!

The organization of the valet was junk, although the valet staff was nice. Check in was a joke. We sat waiting for 15 minutes while a lady was on the phone adding something to another guests reservation that she clearly didn't know how to do, so it took even longer. The room was nice but the heater was very loud and the walls are thin. The people above us were very loud. Check out was a little easier and getting our car was quick but they need to update their prices online .

Ideal for Arena event.

Nice, clean and convenient . They even provided a shuttle to the arena ( 2 blocks away) which was nice since it was snowing.

LOUD

Pros: location
Cons: quiet the place
Location: Short North in Columbus... great location
The heater was so LOUD it kept us up all night. The rest of the room was great, great atmosphere, clean room... but not good for sleeping

The Lofts is Unique!

I loved the uniqueness of the Lofts Hotel. I was traveling on business and found my room to be spacious and very comfortable and accomodating for working and likewise relaxing. It was great to have a healthy room service choice. The Lofts was fun because it was different and that keeps us healthy and positive and refreshed for our meetings while we are traveling!! Thanks!

Hotel looked better online than in person!

The staff seemed cold and not friendly like most hotels I've been too. The whole place seemed cold really. I wouldn't come back to this hotel. It wasn't worth the money.

Close to where we needed to go. Would recommend this hotel for downtown activities.

Pros: Location, room decor, unique building. The complimentary shuttle service was very useful in cold weather.
Location: Easy walking distance to Nationwide Arena and the Short North Arts District (weather permitting).
We stayed in a superior loft. The room was very spacious and I loved the modern, minimalist room decor. The room and public areas were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
