Maybe its just me and i dont know how to read which could be a thing but when i checked in they said that booking through expedia doesnt guarantee the type of room i get so i booked a 2 bedroom but instead was given a studio and they put no effort into making it right but blamed me for not understanding the terms and conditions.

I had to stay at the hotel for couple days and lucky to stay at the Townplace Suites. The staff was really friendly and professional. The environment is very clean so i would recommend it to anyone.

Not handicap friendly as portrayed. The room wasn’t cleaned for the four days during the stay. The breakfast was boring. Other places might be better.

I have stayed here a handful of times. It is an ok place for a quick simple stay, but very basic. It was disappointing that the shuttle service "was unavailable" even though it is advertised and one reason I booked this hotel. I had to incur additional costs for transportation. Also, the food for breakfast has gotten worse each time I stayed - expired items and you have to try a few items as some are inedible (this time the eggs were like chalk and the waffle maker was broken). Credit card machine was also broken at check in so check in took a very long time. Convenient for my visits and I can deal with the lower tier style rooms, so I usually end up coming back and rolling with the ups and downs.

Very small rooms, dirty pool that didn't have enough water in it. No explanation about where anything was at on the property. My room had half a roll of toilet paper with no backups.

No frills stay
This was my second stay at this location. Staff is friendly. The room this time was actually a little better/cleaner than last time, other than the fridge being very loud. Breakfast could still be improved, with again limited selection and some questionable quality control (milk, eggs, etc). Overall an easy place to stay and no major issues.

Bring a Mattress Topper!
These were the literal worst beds I've ever slept in (and we travel a lot for dance competitions and races through the year). I feel bad rating it that way, because the staff was friendly, it was very clean, and it was nice. Just those mattresses were awful!

Convenient
Convenient hotel with sufficient amenities. Rooms were in good condition, check in was very fast, and this hotel was only needed for a quick overnight stay, so minimal usage on my part. Breakfast could be improved, but otherwise no issues with stay.

2 BR room was convenient for my family. However the property was just OK from a cleanliness perspective. The pool was also closed and I was not provided that information prior to my arrival. If I had known the pool was not open, I would have selected a different hotel for my stay

Great option for Family travel
Extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds. 2 BR suite with kitchenette/LR was more affordable and roomier than two typical hotel rooms for our family (parents and adult children). Appreciated the friendly front desk staff and hot breakfast buffet. Not a single complaint. Would stay here again.

Nice staff, but not clean and odd smells in rooms
I have stayed at the Towne Suites at Easton so I thought this one would be as nice, but i was dissatisfied. Although the person who checked me in was nice aand gasve me another room since the first one had a noice coming out of the air conditioning that was so loud i didn't last 5 minutes in there, unfortunately the 2nd room was worse. First there was a foul smell like rotten milk. I didn't have it in me to go down and tell her thos room was dirty and smelled. There was a towell on the floor, hopefully it judt had fallen and it was just dusty and dirty. I had my own cleaning stuff so i cleaned enough to sleep there and found the source of the rotten smell in the sink, but this has to be the worst place if not close that i have stayed due to the cleanliness alone. I won't be going back there and sadly it was a waste of money to end up having to clean up my own hotel room.

GreaT friendly staff. The heater in one of the bedrooms did not work properly! Room 118. Otherwise, a very nice stay. Large table, sofa area, and kitchen was great for a family of four.

Scheduled for a soccer tournament. I stay primarily at Marriott properties. This was one of the more disappointing. Fridge didnt work but they did replace. Hot Breakfast consisted of lukewarm fried potatoes and what i believe to have been turkey sausage patties. Bed was clean bathroom was clean but kitchen had what appeared to have been some spilled then redried frootloops on the floor under the counter that should have easily been picked up in a general vacuuming. 2 towels and 2 washclothes for 2 people. Oh and the phone didnt work so for any requests i had to make requests at front desk. With so many options in the area would i stay here again....not likely

The staff was friendly, but...we were given a smoking room instead of non-smoking, we were not given sheets/blankets for one of our beds (had to get ourselves), we were not given ANY towels for 6 people(had to get ourselves), and worst of all we found a bed bug in our bed! The staff quickly found us another room, but by the time we got to sleep it was after 1 a.m.!
