Pros: Staff was friendly enough even though they knew there was a problem with what I was being charged.
Cons: Clarify their process with Expedia so that people who are traveling, don't have to get surprised on the price, deposit required & lengthy check-in/out
Location: I was there for a weekend concert. I know sports events are big in Columbus but I don't know much else about the entertainment of the area.
I booked this hotel on the internet through Expedia for a two night weekend stay. The check-in process was lengthy due to an inaccuracy with the rate between Expedia and Value Place. They charged me the full $300.00 weekly rate for two nights stay plus a $100 deposit that I still haven't gotten back after checking out 9 days ago. I had to fill out a complete room check list as if I was moving into an apartment and then had to turn in a 24 hour notice that I was checking out again the next morning after I checked in or would lose my deposit. Everything is extra, from the Wi-Fi to the linen service. If you are looking for a hotel with for a quick stay, this is NOT the place for you.

Clean decent priced. Smelled kinda off tho. And service wasn't very good. I was not told about the deposit til after they ran my card. Also they have a 24 hr departure form u have to fill out to get deposit refunded that they never explained. And there's no one there on Sundays which was our check out date. We now have to wait 7-10 days to get refunded. Not a good place to only stay few nights
