“Great B&B”
We had a wonderful time here! The owners prepared a delicious (and huge!) breakfast every morning where we got to eat with the other guests. They even noticed I had a gluten intolerance w/out me telling them (I didn't eat the gluten half of my breakfast) and made me a special breakfast! The rooms were beautiful. And it's only 20 minutes from Fredericksburg and San Antonio, so there is plenty to do.

This was our first time to stay in a B&B and it was the most pleasurable experience we could have imagined. The property is absolutely beautiful. The home is spotless and Mary and John have decorated their home with antiques of the era. These are the most precious people you could imagine. You will not regret staying here. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The owners were very welcoming! The house is beautifully decorated and our room far surpassed our expectations. Let's not forget about the food...he breakfasts were devine!! Mary is an excellent cook! I would recommend this b&b to anyone and everyone.

What a great and charming place! The owners could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about the area, things of interest, and places to eat. They truly made it feel like you were part of the family. We only stayed a couple days for a weekend trip for Austin, but we can hardly wait for the opportunity to come and stay longer and enjoy their hospitality (and the scratch-made breakfasts!!)
