Very industrial area. A little dark and sketchy. A homeless looking individual entered the hotel for the free breakfast and seemed to be "friends" of the desk clerk who spoke to her and waved them in. She was dirty and unkept. She ate with the guest, loaded food into her plastic bags and then spoke to the clerk again and left.
From check in to check out and breakfast, everyone was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Convenient to have Diner so close as well!
Not the greatest but for its price it’s def worth it. You get a room, a decent bed, next to the highway, right next to the diner, and right next to a gas station.
I loved that the hotel sat off a main road that had access to places to eat shop and close to my destination. The staff was very friendly, and the breaks choices were great. Will definitely choose them again if I am in the area.
The check in process was swift and the front staff was very friendly. I just stayed for two nights so at check in they did ask if I needed room service in the morning. That way I don’t have to worry about getting up early if I wanted to sleep in. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. There is a diner right next door to the hotel(very good). However if you didn’t want to spend money on breakfast, they do have free breakfast in the lobby. Plenty of other options nearby.
The facility was very well taken care of and the room was very clean. The staff was excellent and caring. The only drawback is the breakfast ceases at 10 am which is kind of early especially for late night arrivals back to the hotel. I think a close out of 11 am would be a better alternative.
