“Great hotel”

This Hotel was excelent. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. This hotel is next to the Citadel Outlet which was excellent.

“Excellent Hotel for L.A Shopping”

Very convenient located, close to a freeway, next to an Outlet Mall and 20 minutes away from Sunset Blvd and main attractions. The conditions of the Hotel are excellent.

“Great value”

Beautiful hotel, comfiest beds ever! Staff bent over backwards to be helpful and courteous. Nice restaurant in the lobby. Attached to Citadel Outlet Center, so that was very convenient. However, there's nothing else in the neighborhood, from a visitor's perspective, but it's right off the freeway so you can get to whatever you want quickly. More of an industrial neighborhood, but we felt perfectly safe. Would definitely go back.

“wonderful surprise”

Was not sure where to stay, we wanted to see the santa monica pier (35 minutes) visit Pinks (20 minutes) play the horses at Santa Anita (25 minutes) and to/from LAX (20 minutes). Worked out perfectly. Checkin was a breeze, cookie was GREAT. Resturant was good, ate a light dinner and drinks less than 30 for couple very reasonable. Had breakfest bar morning we headed for airport and everything was hot and good. Outlet mall next door-- wife loved. comfortable walking around and felt very safe. east access to highway and we you want to go. Work for a railroad and this is a road crew hotel for another railroad and they are very lucky. Pick here you can't go wrong.

“Good Hotel located near Outlet Mall”

Hotel was very clean and relaxing. It's central location made a great hub for our vacation. Immediate surroundings included a nice outlet mall, business center and several chain resturuants. However, slightly further away area was somewhat questionable. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

“Helpful staff and well worth the value.”

Reception was extremely helpful upon check in. Our infant and child car seats did not arrive with our flight. We left the loaner car seats from the airline with hotel reception and they assisted with with getting ours back from the airline. Hotel is very well maintained and staff were very pleasant. I will definitely recommended this hotel for travellers who are looking for something reasonable and close to the various attraction in LA. Drive to Disneyland is just about 20 minutes.

“I did not know what to expect my BEST CHOICE!”

This was the best choice hotel I could have picked in the LA area. It was in the center of LA. It was conveniently located and there were things to do around it such as the mall and casino. I really enjoyed the EXTREMELY GREAT service I got. Everyone was so nice and willing to help. I checked in late (1AM) and the guy at the front desk was in all smiles and gave me one of the DoubleTrees famous cookies and milk. I truly felt welcomed and would stay here everytime I visit LA.
