worst hotel
i was not satisfied and would not receomend any one to stay in that hotel forthe price what i paid is not worth the carpet is dirty and it smeels bed not clean enough bathroom no good

The worst I've ever had. The only place you could get internet was the hotel lobby and the Garden. Unfortunately, these are Smoking reservoirs. Every second someone has a lit cigarette. I got sick!! Food is terrible and expensive! I would not recommand this to anyone.

A nightmare
If I could give the hotel less than a "1" rating, please rest assured that I would. I travel extensively throughout the world and this hotel is literally the worst I've ever stayed in, especially for the high cost. Not only was there a complete lack of cleanliness and friendliness at this hotel, I am convinced that the Novotel is the hot spot to bring one's girlfriend of mistress for an afternoon/evening romp. Both myself and my colleague dealt constantly with neighbors having sex in their rooms and of strangers pounding on our doors at all hours of night. The photos that Expedia has listed on their website are not true to the real state of the hotel: dirty, dingy and a downright awful place to spend a week. Look for other hotels like the Royal Riviera Hotel or the Petite Bateau.

How to run a hotel without wanting to
You walk in and you clearly have the impression that you are not welcome. They don't care whether you stay or go. Repeat anything five times. Learn about one hundred ways not to attend your needs. No aircon on the high floor. Prices absurdly high in the restaurant. Just the biggest hotel in town, but one of the worst. Smaller hotels in Conakry are better.

No air conditions in the rooms only fan the air condition is not working 4star hotel with our air con and it is too Hot at night . Any I don't advise any One for that hotel .

Had echt naar me zin, iedereen was lief en aardig. Het is echt ideale locatie want je bent binnen no time, bij belangrijke plekken waar je het moet zijn.

高いけどマスターカードでもギニアの安心して泊まれるホテル
ギニアの中ではトップクラスだと思われます。 近くにあるオバマというレストランも良かったです。 何時も生ビールがあれば良いのですが。

Bastante fraco
A estadia no hotel foi como sempre, marcada pelas insuficiencias de serviço, nomeadamente pela falta de ar condicionado (já habitual e constante), pela falta de higiene, pelo fraquissimo serviço de net, pelo razoavel/bom pequeno almoço, pelo péssimo serviço de marcação ( que nunca corresponde ao que está marcado previamente, a não ser após uma boa discussão). Enfim, uma piscina agradavel.

Some réceptionnistes persistently insisted us to pay room fees at checkin and again at checkout, although it had already paid to hotels.com via credit card. Very unpleasant. Because of that claim and subsequent dispute, we had to delay our departure for two hours.
