Can someone say peaceful
This property is amazing and much better than I expected. Its like a 1 bedroom apartment. Im huge on cleanliness and so are they. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Melinda is a peach. She is doing great managing this property. You can feel safe and rest assured here. Hidden gem for sure.

having to get used to not having a host on site but this host did answer the phone and helped us find the suites and find lockbox. The suite was clean and had everything we needed to make the most of our time. Stayed here four days,stores nearby and could take a couple of long walks. Quiet and manager most accommodating when we did need anything.

A Wonderful Surprise (and Great Value!)
Staying here was a stroke of luck. Although away from most other hotels, this was an incredibly well-kept facility with a wonderfully clean and spacious room. I had no idea the facility would be this nice for the money. The next weekend I spend at Charlotte Motor Speedway will be booked at this facility.

Not a hotel, it's an apartment
It's not that this is a bad place, but it's also not a hotel. It's a long stay business apartment. So, there was no service or cleaning, which I didn't expect.

I was surprised at how clean and well maintained the rooms were. I was a little worried when we pulled up since it's not in a main business area and was fairly small, but the room was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! Also, the bathroom was clean and there were plenty of places for storage. Great price for a suite. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely place to stay in, and it is pretty much like staying in a whole apartment to yourself! My husband and I only stayed here for one night as a rest stop between places, but we would not hesitate to return and stay longer! The only downfall is that there is no complimentary breakfast included; however, there is a kitchen so you can make yourself some!

Joyce was very friendly. This hotel is extremely clean and has an "at home" feel to it. You would never guess that from the outside. The kitchen and small livingroom make it feel more spacious. Its close to restaurants, PNC, and the racetrack. Had no problem getting an Uber to our concert. I will no doubt stay here anytime I have to drive to Charlotte for an event.

Location was perfect.
We went down for a conference held at another hotel. What we received at Affordable Corporate Suites was more than what offered at the other hotel at half the rate of the other one! It was very clean and check in was easy. McD's, Sonic, Cracker Barrel, etc. was very close by. Our conference site was only a couple miles away. The drag strip, raceway and other sites of interest were right down the road-perfect!

True, we do extended stays in addition to the many nightly and short term stays that we also do. The manager does live on the property for the security and convenience of our guests. Convenient to Concord and Charlotte Speedway
I was very pleased with this hotel, it is located in a quiet area but still close to freeways etc. I loved the fact that it is basically an apartment with kitchen facilities. I saved some money by heading to the supermarket down the street and buying food there.

Great place for a get away
I came to visit family by myself and was looking for a quiet place to make me feel at home. From the friendly check in to the most comfortable bed I have had in a hotel! The place was spotless and the water was hot! Will stay here again!
