““Very Impressed””
This hotel is good value for the money. It is clean, and has what I need in a hotel: security, convenience (right off the freeway), free parking, free wireless, breakfast (basic cereal, pastry.), and a great price. The room was reasonably large, the bed comfortable, and great pillows. It was quiet, and there was coffee in the room. This is not the place to go for a luxury experience, but I was there for a night visiting family, and it was perfect place to stay.
“dump”
Bad location, homeless characters, odor of humidity in room, poor maintenance.
“I will not go back ever.”
It is a very cheap hotel. It is not worth spending a penny on it.
“Cost does not fit what you get. Not even for the Bay Area.”
Inn was just below a busy freeway. Could hear the traffic during the early evening hours and early morning. Bathroom sink basin was not in the bathroom. Was just inside the front door next to the clothes closet. There were no bathroom ammenties, only soap. The bathroom window which opened to the outside walkway would not locked. Had to put a clothes hanger so window could not slide open.
“Decent hotel for overnight stay”
Stayed here for 1 night after a concert in San Fran. Great location right off freeway. Would stay here again. Neighborhood looks like it could be a little scetchy at night, but I had no issues.
“Good value”
We stayed at this hotel for a total of 9 nights at the beginning and the end of our stay and it is a good value. The rooms are clean and right sized. There is free wireless internet, fridge and microwave in the rooms. The bad points are the sketchy neighborhood (but nothing to make you unsafe inside your room), they forgot to clean our room one day, the breakfast is only coffee and snacks (the snacks if you're lucky), the highway is very close then it's very noisy all night long (if you're a light sleeper this hotel is not for you.
“Great Value”
We were very pleased with our night at this hotel. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel is in a nice part of Richmond, on the border to Albany, and we felt safe there at night.
“Small but Cozy”
The room was small but perfect for just two. We were only there a night we had been all around San Francisco and were glad when we got to our room that it was clean and able to get a good night sleep. Would stay again in this hotel. Liked the instant access to the freeway and the fact it was right exiting the freeway was a plus for us.
“Good for the price”
This is an older hotel without a lot of frills, but it was clean and safe. The beds were in good repair and there were a lot of options for food delivery nearby. I would recommend it for value-conscious travelers who want to stay somewhere convenient to Richmond/Oakland without paying a great deal. The room we booked was supposed to be a Deluxe suite with jacuzzi but when we arrived was a regular room with a standard bath. Even with that, it was a good stay.
“tiny rooms - not in the best neighborhood”
clean, but very old units. For an overnighter, would be comfortable enough.
