“Stayed here since 2007 very clean all the staff are very nice.”

This hotel is very clean all of the staff are very nice. My husband has stayed here since 2007. My brother is sick and we visit him every six months. Each time we stayed at the same hotel.

“good place to stay”

As noted in another review, you do have to walk up the stairs if your room is on the second floor. but Concord was a great little historic town to stay in with close proximity to Lexington, Mass. and Salem

“Surprisingly nice!”

Best Westerns are a crapshoot, being a franchise and all. Sometimes lovely, sometimes awful. The Concord BW surprised me with how good a value it was. The bed was comfortable, the linens were nice, the free breakfast was very helpful to me in getting going early, and the staff was nice. My only quibble would be this: There was a computer for guests to use in reading email, and its internet connection wasn't working. However, I think there was wireless in the rooms free, so most people would be fine.

“Very nice”

While I didn't spend much time at the hotel as I was out sight-seeing, the hotel was located near to Walden Pond, Author's Ridge and other historic and patriotic sites. Also about 35 minutes out of Boston. My stay was an enjoyable experience and the hotel was very accommodating to me when my plans changed suddenly. Quiet, clean and nearby attractions that interested me - everything I look for in a hotel!

“Home Away from Home”

My husband and I stayed at the hotel while we had a home full of visiting children and grandchildren. It was close by, and the pool was a great place to have everyone visit. Hotel was quiet and clean, and met all our expectations.
