High price average facility

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Not bad but not great either. Their pool closed at 8:00p.m. it is still daylight out and it's summertime. Don't undrrstand the early closing. Stayed at a Hawthorne two weeks earlier. Higher priced than the Hawthorne which also had a better breakfast. I think I will stay away from the Best Western chain. They are over priced for what they have to offer.

Very satisfied customer

Posted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: Just about everything.
Cons: Is there an elevator? We were on the 2nd floor and were unable to find one.
Location: We were visiting and did no sightseeing but we did pass many Revolutionary historical sites.
We recently had the occasion to stay @ the Best Western and will definitely stay again on future trips to the Lexington/Concord Area. Room was spotless, bed very comfortable and room nice and cool on a warm, muggy night.

Membership credits not accepted.

Pros: Convenience.
Cons: When there is a legitimate request for AAA discount and credit for Best Western Rewards, the hotel staff must promptly take care of my request.
Location: Walden Pond area in Concord, MA.
I have AAA PLUS membership and Best Western Rewards, which were not credited by the hotel staff. It has to be expedia's decision, the hotel staff said to me. I feel strongly that expedia must refund me 10% discount since this hotel is affiliated with AAA. I also request that expedia must offer my credit with Best Western Rewards.

Convenient location

Pros: Lsrge rooms - Great Coffee - Superb air conditioning
Cons: refrigeratoe in the room
Location: Visiting Family so could not comment
The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious - The Coffee is Really Good ! I was disappointed that there was not a small refrigerator in the room - Seems like that would be standard.. Maid service is not great either but that doesn't matter much to me.

Exactly as described

To repeat what others have said: Very very nice place. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Unfortunately, the kitchen is under renovation, so there was no hot breakfast, but they provided a bag of fruit, granola bars, and Dunkin Donut gift card. Very nice of them under the circumstances.

No Breakfast

Posted May 13, 2014
After arriving found out that the kitchen was closed for renovation and they only served donuts and coffee. Very disappointing as they advertised a hot breakfast and that is the reason we chose this hotel. At check out we complained and found out that we were suppose to have received breakfast vouchers to use at the local Duncan donuts. This was no use to us as we were checking out.

Convenient but lacking,

Posted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: The mattress was comfortable, the shower pressure ok. For a 1-night stay it was adequate.
Cons: Notify Expedia & other secondary room brokers that the restaurant is undergoing renovations & can't be used so that you get the price adjustment.
Location: We were there as part of the CTS SAR Color Guard unit for the Patriots' Day Parade. We marched in the parade & had a luncheon afterward.
The room was basic. It would have been nice if it had a mini-refrigerator for re-freezing ice packs & keeping leftovers cold. The room was adequate. The mattress was comfortable & it was a good value for the price.

Not comfortable

Posted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: The Italian restaurant next door is OK but a bit pricey and not exceptional.
Cons: Everything especially beds and pillows and breakfast (even if they have charge extra for it).
Location: It's close to a State penal institution.
Half size, soft pillows make for very uncomfortable sleeping (or attempts at sleeping). The bathroom amenities include very small and light weight bath and face towels. The in-room coffee maker did not work (in fact it was full of water from the last time some tried to use it). The so-called free breakfast buffet consisted of a choice of: small plastic wrapped donuts, small plastic wrapped danish or small plastic wrapped muffins. Coffee was provided as well as a small package of pulp-free orange juice...The front desk clerk asserted that the usual breakfast was not available since the kitchen was being redecorated (however there was no evidence of any construction activity)...
