“Good for business or shorts stays”

We were there for a volleyball tournament overnight and it was everything we needed; clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Very close to dining and shops if needed.

“Great room for the money!!”

The room was nice and big. I like the fact that only the part with the bed had carpeting. I didn't expect to have a loveseat, coffee table and small kitchenette of small sink, dorm fridge and microwave. The only downfall was the window had no screen to let in the nice Cali breeze and being on the ground floor you don't want to leave the window open. Would have been nice to see a screen and bars. To get picky, the sheets were too short for the bed and you only get a heavy damask duvet with a comforter inside. It was a very pretty gold with throw pillows too! The room was cleaned perfectly by the maid service but watch out. They start knocking on your door at 8am even though we were there for 4 days!

Breakfast is good, rooms are clean,and fresh this a newly built hotel. I have stayed twice now at this hotel. It is a good hotel at a fair price.

“Clean with nice starter breakfast”

The front desk was always only manned by one person, but handled all situations properly. The rooms were clean and the breakfast featured make-your-own waffels. Shopping conveniently located down the street and the Fairgrounds right behind it. I'd go back.

“Clean, comfortable, quiet”

A new hotel, but old enough that there is no paint or carpet smell. Breakfast is just pastries, bagels, etc. except there is a waffle maker, which we love. It's great that breakfast is included because there's nothing within walking distance. But maybe that's why it's so nice and quiet.

“Customer service”

I call the hotel earlier to confirm my reservation and they said everything was ok but when I check in they told me they don't have the 2 queen beds I requested, then the lobby employee told me let see what I can do.Also they never ask if everything was ok all the time we expend there not even when we left. They need better customer service from their employees.

Title says it all. It was raining and I stayed dry. Everything else pretty much disappointed. From the sandpaper towels that were frayed and aged to the hard beds to the Key card from a Marriott Hotel, I've gotta say I won't be going back.

This was the third visit to this hotel, Each time it was operating under a different name.. That being said the hotel was clean, the rooms were in good repair and the staff was very helpful. The only things that detracted from thye stay was the lack of towels in the two rooms we booked. We had to call the desks and request them. The other thing was the free continental breakfast was not up to what we have come to expect in our hotel stays.
