“Nicest place I've been in a long time”

The service was excellent from the minute you walked in the door. Hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was excellent. Great breakfast buffet, pool, and game room. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone.

“Just what you would want”

So good I moved by Mother and Sister out of their other place and into here. Am not particularly a Mall person, but the nearby Concord Mills Mall was excellent. Indoor pool was quiet, clean, and out of the sun. great staff. couldnt really ask for any more.

beautiful hotel, nice layout of rooms, great view of the golf course and a waterfall. Free breakfast was well stocked and omelets were great. Nice to have the extra bonus of a couple of free drinks at the bar every night. Hotel staff was warm and welcoming. Even when a blackout hit one morning they went above and beyond to make sure breakfast was served. Exceptional service and well worth the travel time to my destination. Highly recommend this hotel.

“lovely hotel, pleasant staff, and convenient location”

our reservation was for rm w/ king bed but rm had double beds. when we brought this to the attention of the front desk, staff immediately apologized and switched our room to one w/ king bed. the complimentary drinks were a treat, and the buffet breakfast was simply divine! the location was quite convenient for shopping, restaurants, and the panthers stadium. this hotel was absolutely wonderful, and we can't wait to return!

“Relaxing weekend place”

For a long weekend, with a young child, this was a great place to stay. This was our first mini-break with our 15 month old, so we were a bit nervous. Not to worry, the hotel staff fawned all over him, and understood when we had to take him on walks/runs around the place, and left loads of fingerprints on the glass doors. We ate at the bar, and the waitress even brought out extra bread for him to nibble on. One thing though, we would have loved to be able to get a highchair for breakfast, but there never seemed to be enough staff around to ask for one. Trying to eat with a toddler on your lap it not as easy as it sounds, especially when all they want to do is get down and run around. So we did have a bit of screaming, while one of us went up to get breakfast and the other sat at a table. Even if they put a few out, it would be a great help. Will be booking the hotel again for when family come to visit in a few months.
