“great wolf experience”

The rooms and the Hotel itself is clean and there is always something going on for the kids to do. If I had any complaints it would be that the bathrooms are very small. We have a family of four and the sink is outside the bathroom but the toilet is right beside the tub there is no room to move around .

“Broken Glass”

We had a wonderful time. Our children haven't stopped talking about all the things that there were to do. The small issue that we had was broken glass on the floor of our room. I stepped on a shard and cut my foot. Housekeeping was sent to vacume our room immediately.

“2nd time back”

This was our 2nd time to GWL Concord - we have taken our son for his bday the past 2 yrs. I was a little apprehensive of having rooms on the ground level and near the conference center, but it had no effect on our stay, in fact, I think it made it more convenient! The dinner and breakfast service in the Loose Moose Cottage restaurant was great (lunch, not so much) Also enjoyed the chaos of MagiQuest - great for the adventurer and after everyone gets waterlogged :) The most convenient aspect of GWL is that we don't have to leave during our stay! This is the same reason I love cruising...

“nice stay”

Excellent adventure. The only disappointing feature was the sinky bed. Very uncomfortable.

“We can cross this off of our list”

This was definitely an experience that my children (ages 6 and 3) loved, but it was difficult for us as a family to have to split up because the younger child was not able to go on the big fun slides. There is a minimun height requirement (42") so he had ot stay in the baby pool or the wave pool with one parent while the other accompanied the 6 year old on the big slides. If we go back it will be when they can both enjoy the entire attraction. My major complaint is that the water was freezing. The day we arrived it was okay (not warm, but tolerable), but the next morning it was freezing. My children's lips were blue after 20 minutes. We had planned on staying until mid-afternoon before driving home, but everyone was so cold they were fine to leave before lunch. I realize that the water heats up during the day with all the bodies in it, but it seems like they could warm it up more to account for the lighter traffic in the mornings. The children loved the Wolf Den room we stayed in. They thought it was very cool to have their bed in their own space. We felt it was definitely worth the upcharge for this.

“Will Never Return”

We were highly disappointed by this hotel. The water area was small in number of attractions. Not as big as the one in Mason, OH & this one is brand new! Our room wasnt ready till after 5:30 & was suppose to be by 1 pm. Hotel website claims beds are queen size & they are full sized. The rooms are very small for a suite w/2 rooms & 2 bathrooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were highly disappointed.

“Good idea - badly executed. Don't recommend”

Staff was non-responsive to issues with water park. One staff member argued with me and was very insulting, by suggesting I was not experiencing what I knew I was experiencing. Magi-quest experience is VERY annoying and doesn't provide instructions. Time-consuming and aggravating.
