Not a nice Hotel

Pros: The location was good.
Cons: They need to recondition the whole facility.
Rooms were dirty, outdated, pool was drained and had garbage in it. Hotel staff was horrible. We had to wait 20 mins. for someone to show up to check us in.

Cons: The hotel needs a complete refurbishing, leaving nothing currently used.
Location: Industrial location and absolutely nothing nearby.
This hotel was booked last minute and was a poor choice. The floor was so dirty it was not advised to walk barefoot in the room. Stains on the bedding. This hotel is intended only for those who truly have no other options. A sign says the pool is temporarily closed, but the weeds growing on the pool deck make it obvious the place has been closed for a very long time and it will not be fixed.

el cuarto huele a cigarro, los muebles y banos son muy viejos y la alfombra es vieja y toda sucia , las sabanas y toallas demaciado Viejas y descoloridas la atencion deja mucho que desear y el desayuno es muy pobre y no se es como lo dicen .

The room conditions are horrible. Everything is dirty and falling apart but that's not the worst part, the staff is the rudest bunch of people I've ever met. No customer service at all. Of the 12 staff members we came into contact with, only one was nice. The property manager is the worst one. Do not stay in this hotel!

The room was not what we booked on expedia and the lady working at the front didn't care. It reeked of THICK smoke even though it was non smoking. The window was broken and the room next to us had a completely broken into window. The mini fridge was so foul we regretted opening it! ! Covered in disguising mold and dried on food! !!!! We didn't even sleep in the sheets out was horrific! !!!!

I don't even know what to say.. Everything was bad bad bad. I woke up & my socks were mysteriously damp to top it off.. I thought I was going to catch something my whole stay. Didn't even want my belongings on the floor!!!

It was horrible, the hotel was dirty and old. The receptionist was really rude and at the beginning she was denying we had a reservation through hotels.com when it was clear she had the reservation printed. Eventhough we showed her the reservation and called to hotels.com she said she didnt care and didnt want to answer the call or hear anything. We had to pay extra $10 for the internet and we didnt get a receipt nor anything. NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL NEVER REALLY

Dirty and smelly. They also charged an extra $5 for no reason what so ever that I could only pay with cash. Why not just add that $5 to the total bill instead making me go to an ATM to get $5
