Check in was smooth, the place was perfect for what we were looking for. Nice pool, nice view, and a basketball court. Clean, great condition. Perfect for our stay! Kitchen and enough space for 6 people to sleep. Made our plans turn out great! My niece's sweet 16 was a success! All smiles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel was ok. Indoor pool is not heated. Booked this hotel primarily for the indoor pool. No hot tub. Noisy guests. Property is old/worn. Needs to be cleaned better. Saw a gentleman cleaning the entry way earlier in the day, later when we went by it didn’t look like he had cleaned anything.

The hotel is filthy and it has paper thin walls making for an extremely irritating hotel experience.

I always stay at this location and everything is good. I did notice smoke smell on the first floor by an exit door which was very strong in the hallways

The rooms were spacious and well maintained! My family and I stayed for 2 nights/3 days to attend a wedding in Concord, and this location was absolutely perfect. Close to the CLT airport, the wedding venue and many dining/shopping options! The hotel was clean, the HOT complimentary breakfast was just right and the amenities kept our family entertained.

My sister and I arrived at 3:30 and our room was not ready and that was fine but the guy at the front desk was not very friendly. Someone had left trash out of the side door and it was still there the next morning, which was nasty. The sausage at breakfast was horrible. And the tv in our room kept skipping so made watching a show very irritating. Other than that we enjoyed our room. But for the cost of motel, we were expecting it to be outstanding.

Uncomfortable office chair. Water always running in toilet tank. Lights are very dim. Toilet door is heavy to open and close. Not enough towel handles to hang towels. Breakfast is bad.

Thank you for informing us about your recent stay.I wanted to contact you in regards to your comments about the bugs. As soon as we read about what you encountered, we immediately sent five employees (three were managers who are trained on how to locate bed bugs) to 401 and 402 to investigate the rooms. We tore apart both rooms and did not find any evidence of bed bugs. We also contacted our pest control company to investigate the rooms as well. Our pest control company did not find any evidence as well.We take this matter very seriously and are very diligent in providing clean and comfortable stays for all of our guests. We are sorry that we failed to live up to those expectations during your time with us.
Our unit (#404) was nice, but needs some attention.
A couple of lights/lamps in our unit did not work (or need new bulbs?)
The BED is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE -- too low - close to the floor. Sleeping on the short couch (NOT hideabed) was a bit better, but of course too short for an adult.
Some of the Breakfast staff failed to maintain good availability of food through time allowed.
We expect more at this accomodation price.
