“Very Nice Overall Hotel & Im a picky Guy!! A++”

Hello, 1 guy here that had a 1 night stay, Im a picky guy and i liked this place. I came down for an auction and had a good night sleep...I Stayed in room 210. It was very clean. It was updated with a nice Plasma TV, Had a nice high end desk chair at the desk next to the TV....It was quiet during the night, no real highway traffic noises that i heard....No Smoking, No pets, so that's a plus....It was updated a year ago so a lot of new things....The Pool was nice i checked it out, nice clean area, The breakfast was awesome!!!! What a great feeling to walk down to Bagels,Doughnuts,Muffins,Cereal, Yogurt, Fresh Waffles u can make yourself rite there with the presser, Fresh Apple and Orange Juice....I really like the eating area!! They had a nice computer in the lobby for use....The staff was really nice at the front desk....The one cleaning lady Rosa i noticed her name tag while she was just up keeping the breakfast area, she was really nice....defiantly a sweetheart......Things smelled clean like a regular nice hotel, like a Marriott almost i'd say....Check out is at 12 instead of 11 like most places, which is nice....So i hope this helps...if there was anything i really didnt like or if i smelled something i would honestly tell you but i didnt have any problems..also, Expedia makes it easy for check in....just need your last name and an id and your on your way....Thank you. we wanted an inexpensive hotel with indoor pool that would allow early check in on the side of charlotte headed towards pinehurst. the concord sleep inn was all of that, service was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. i would not hesitate to stay there again.

“A good nights sleep”

The only problem we had was that they only left 1 wash rag. No problem though to ask for one more. This was done both days. My husband loved their pillows, I think he ordered him one to be mailed to us.

“Good for the costs”

The overall stay was good. When we first walked into the room, it had a very musty smell. I turned on the AC - which was a little loud - and within a few minutes the smell was gone. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and believe me I check. So I would stay again.

“My review”

The bed was VERY comfortable and I especially appreciate the lighting over the sink for makeup application. I was a little concerned with the entry door as it did not shut tightly but with the inside locks I felt safe enough. There did not seem to be any noise insulation against talking, etc., in the hallway but, otherwise, there was no noise concern. I would have preferred a little more room for the continental breakfast the next morning. When I came down, it was elbow to elbow people. Overall, I did enjoy my stay. Thank you.

“Fully acceptable for the price...”

Recently renovated. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Easy to find and easy access to highway. Courteous staff. Sufficient parking. Indoor heated pool (nice feature for this kind of hotel). Low quality breakfast - considered "hot" because of the microwave and the waffle iron. Weak shower head. Price is average (not a bargain but not breaking the bank either). Overall, satisfied.
