Everything was neat and clean,lots of dining and anything else you might need located with in walking distance,or a very short drive.

The hotel was in great condition, everything was fine. It's very close to the Concord Mills mall. The only problem is u have to take ur coffee with u or u'll purchased from them.

I DIDN'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS EXCEPT THE HEAT DIDNT WORK, AND IT WAS A LITTLE COLD AND THE FRONT DESK CLOSES AT 10PM

“Nice motel for 2 1/2 stars”

Overall we were very satisfied with hotel. However there is a small 4 cup coffee pot and they do not provide coffee, but you can buy it in vending machine if you want or take your own. The only thing I missed was that there was no toaster in room. Next time I will take my own. Very clean and friendly staff there. Great location for places to eat. All pretty close to hotel including Japanese Steak House and a Cracker Barrel. There is no Continnental breakfast there so you must cook your own or go out. If you want a 3 star hotel though you will need to find another place to go. Nice size outdoor pool with privacy. Very clean. I would defintely go back there

The Suburban needs to provide wireless internet. When I called the front desk for the wireless password, I was told I had to bring my computer to the lobby and use the hook up there, or depending on where my room was located I could use the Harley Davidson Store wireless connection. My husband called the front desk to confirm this info and he was told he had to come to the front desk and get an ethernet cable to be able to connect to the internet. ...There was a note setting on the bedside table that said they had wireless internet and to contact the front desk for password... Not having wireless access was very inconvenient, because I have a nook e reader that cannot connect to the internet thru ethernet cable.

Booked the hotel because of the kitchen, which was fine. The two biggest issues were the mix of smoking and non-smoking rooms on the same floor. It wasn't possible to get away from the smell of it. Also, the sound insulation is not good, so hope that your neighbors are quiet. People get multiple rooms and spend time in the hallways, so it doesn't have to be next to you. Value was good, but hotel is no frills. Also, bring your own ethernet cable if you wish to use the internet. They say it is free, but it is not wireless and they do not provide a hook-up.

TERRIBLE PLACE Dogs barked all night. Beds were old coil spring mattresses that sagged in the middle and no one worked the desk late nigh to help with anything or to complain to. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU EXPECT TO GET ANY SLEEP
