“Will definitely stay there again.”

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Good location and there was an IHOP in the next parking lot. The staff was very friendly, The only thing was that I went down to the breakfast area (which was really good for a hotel breakfast) and as I was making my plate the attendant was putting everything up before I could get to it. Other than that it was a very ejoyable and comfortable stay.

“graduation weekend”

My family and I went to visit family and attend a graduation and other family function. I have to commend the Customer Service of Jordan who helped me get to the hotel when I got turned around on finding the hotel. Despite the construction and it being 2:30 in the morning she stayed on the phone until i drove up to the hotel. I thanked her so much. Besides the tv being really statically, the hotel was not really bad. Even though we had to stay on smoking floor, you only smelled it when you walked in the hallway and not in your room. We would recommend this hotel to others.

I booked four rooms for myself and other family members. I was very, very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean and looked very "high end", My grandkids moved to Conroe so this will probably be the hotel I will be staying at when I visit them.

“doggie disturbance”

Our biggest issue was the adjacent room had 2 yappy dogs & we had to complain to hotel staff when we couldn't sleep because of constant yapping next door. The staff did notify the owners to come back immediately & take care of their dogs so we could sleep. While I do recommend this hotel because the staff were excellent, I don't recommend staying at a hotel where there will be yappy dogs. Also I worry about fleas-what if the dogs have fleas? Does the hotel set a flea bomb after each dog visit? I doubt it. There was also a lot of construction going on near here which made getting around a little more of a challenge. I liked the convenience of the IHOP right next door.

“OK Experience”

Hotel is a few years old and used a lot form the looks. The location is somewhat to be desired. Used GPS navigator to locate Hotel. GPS couldn't locate hotel address correctly. Spent Half an hour trying to locate it among all the construction on the Interstate. Hotel itself was not bad. Would go back.

The hotel looked much nicer from the outside. The room never got very cool and the air conditioner was extremly loud and woke me up numerous times during the night. The beds were alright but could of been more comfortable. The breakfast was not very tastey
