“Great hotel”

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We definitely recommend it.

“good”

The room was great! The girl who checked us in was very nice! Also the girl that was overnight accommodated us multiple times which made me very happy! The only complaint I would have would be that they called us at 12 noon to ask if we were checking out.

“Hotel good; breakfast bad”

Actually the hotel was great; the problem was with the breakfast. It was supposedly open until 10 am on Saturday, but when we got there around 9:40 almost all of the food, coffee, plates and cups had already been put away. There were waffle batter, two biscuits, a tablespoon or two of gravy, three very greasy sausage links, and and four omlettes. There were at least four other families who got there after us; there certainly wasn't enough food for many of us. The room was fine except that there wasn't enough light.

I would recommend this hotel to other people traveling to Conroe. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet. The staff was friendly on arrival to checkin and checkout.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, handy to the Woodlands without paying the Woodlands cost. Will return again when staying in the area north of Houston.

Clean room and friendly, helpful employees. No big suprises which is always nice.

“Clean, Safe & Convenient”

The Baymont Inn & Suites, Conroe, TX, provided a decent hotel experience and an economical price. Rooms were nicely appointed with good features (microwave, refrigerator, coffee, iron/board). Breakfast service was adequate. Location is convenient to area services and residential neighborhoods.

“graduation weekend”

My family and I went to visit family and attend a graduation and other family function. I have to commend the Customer Service of Jordan who helped me get to the hotel when I got turned around on finding the hotel. Despite the construction and it being 2:30 in the morning she stayed on the phone until i drove up to the hotel. I thanked her so much. Besides the tv being really statically, the hotel was not really bad. Even though we had to stay on smoking floor, you only smelled it when you walked in the hallway and not in your room. We would recommend this hotel to others.

“Good place to stay in Conroe area”

Nice place to stay in the Conroe area. Easy to access. Helpful staff. Well lighted back area for parking.

“I would go back”

Everything and everyone was great. Our only complaint was the maid service. We stayed 3 nights. The second day we didn't get enough towels replaced nor the coffee replaced. The third day we still didn't get new coffee. Other than that situation our stay was very nice. The person at the desk always helped us with our shortages each time. Overall our experience with this hotel was quite satisfactory and we would go back to it again.
