when checking in was informed the elevator does not work and had not worked for over a month. only rooms available were on 2nd and 3rd floor. for elderly people or people with disabilities this made it very difficult to get upstairs and downstairs especially having to carry luggage. there should have been some kind of notice posted on the website of this inconvenience.

When I booked there was no mention of the elevator being out for over a week. My elder mother has bad knees and struggles to walk neither less walk up flights of stairs. I was unable to get a refund, discount, nor a room on the 1st floor. Only help I recieved was I could park on the side of building the stairs are right inside. Took multiple trips by myself, helping my my mother and small child. Unfortunately, was a one and done for us.
I stayed with my granddaughters and our stay was great. We didn’t make the morning breakfast so I can’t rate that. The staff was very friendly! Shopping was So convenient!!
This hotel was not a pleasant stay. The floor was dirty, the toilet had stains on the inside. My pillow had hair from the previous stay. Lastly, when checking out the front desk receptionist stated they cannot give me a receipt. However, I informed him he could as he printed one the service was very lazy from the night crew to the morning crew.

Clean, updated property, across the street from a Krogers, Roadhouse, and Dennys. Everything in the room works, plenty of USB chargers, lots of lights, fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Everything you expect and more. Very satisfied so far.
Staff did not acknowledge me as an IHG member and was rude explaining that since I went through Expedia to book a room, I don’t qualify for IHG membership points
Check in was great. Very nice staff.
Returned from our ballgame and discovered air conditioner not working properly. Reported it to the front desk. Staff was empathetic but had no extra goons and couldn’t get maintenance til the morning.
The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. The air conditioninig kept us all comfortable. I never heard another person. Flo (morning shift) at the front desk was extremely engaging and personable and very quickly responded to our requests.
The hotel and staff were wonderful. We were able to check in a bit early, which was great! It was very clean, cemtrally located, and the staff was GREAT! Wouls definitely stay here again.
Front desk employee not welcoming. First morning woke up to someone honking 8 to 10 times every 5 or minutes and we had the suite above the front desk. When I went downstairs the man at the desk acted as if he had no clue and was not worried about it. Second morning woke up at 6:45 by other people going up and down the hall like no one else was there. Again same man was not worried about it. We had ants on the sink in the bathroom got in our night bag and all our bathroom stuff.
Service was amazing. My mother is on two canes, and the clerk offered to moved our room closer to the elevator, and it was right across the hall, could not have gotten closer. Amazing! The only thing that could have been better were the beds. Too many hotels now are going to rock hard beds and it is very unpleasant to try and stay there.
