“Didn't live up to promises.”
We had requested a king bedded 1st floor room and prepaid the room, weeks in advance, the hotel has no elevator, and with a bad back stairs are a problem. We called that morning to reconfirm 1st floor room, when we got there at 7pm, they only had 2nd floor rooms, unless we wanted to pay extra to get a room with 2 double beds on the 1st floor.
Also, the amenities said that they have a hot tub. The hot tub is not located in a regular guest area. It is in a specific suite room only, and there was also an additional charge for that room type as well.
