“Never again!”

We booked a non~smoking double for 3 people. The first room we were sent to smelled like smoke and deorderizer. We went back to the office and was given another room that smelled better. Once we got settled, we noticed that we only had towels for 2. That lead to another trip to the office. The hotel advertised wifi but the service didn' t work. We again had to go back to the office to use an antiquated desktop with smudges on the screen, key board and cpu in the cubby whole they call a business center. All though the person working was hospitable. Oh yeah! The last and most disgusting thing was the area around the ice machine smelled like urine!

“**NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL**”

Staff was nice but hotel was dated and filthy. Checked in for a 4 day weekend but we could not bare so we checked out and found another hotel in Atlanta.

“The best hotel experience!!!”

At first there was a mixup with my room, but the quickly resolved it and gave me a suite, for lack of a better word, was PERFECT. Ms. Tina and Mrs Evelyn were very helpful and very kind. Thank you ladies for an enjoyable experience!

“This place is a dump. It needs major repairs and”

We were very dissatisfied overall with our stay at the Ramada Inn. We will NOT return nor recommend this hellhole to anyone. First of all, I passed the place because I was looking for the beautiful Ramada Inn that I had seen on line. As soon as we got out of the truck to check into our room we knew we had made a big mistake by booking this place. There are 2 benches in the front which apparently were magnets for ignorant, loud, drunk residents of the inn. They were in full effect when we passed by them to check into our room. They were loud and obnoxious...using profanity and being downright inconsiderate of other guests. We got to our room and it smelled damp and stank. The carpet was beyond filthy. The base boards were ripped apart in some areas. Mold was clearly visible in the shower. The water in the sink barely trickled out. That room was disgusting. We asked to be placed in another room. Our request was honored. The second room was a little better, but still left a lot to be desired. The carpet was not visibly dirty, but the bathroom was worse than the bathroom in the first room. The bathtub/shower wall around the soap dishes was infested with black mold and the bathtub floor was nasty. Management should be ashamed.

“Horrible”

The walls were dirty and paper thin....I could hear the people in the next room all night longWe had four people and only two bath towels. The front desk told us we would have to wait for housekeeping to get more towels because they didn't have access to them. The ice machine was empty and they were out of orange juice. I don't recommend this hotel and will NOT go back!!!

“Horrible Experience!!”

This motel was in a terrible neighborhood. The room was filthy and there was mold all over the bath tub. I would never return.

“Not impressed”

Not satified at all with the motel at all. Would have gotten my money back if I could have found somewhere else to stay. The first room we were given was a renky dink room in the back of the complex next to the woods, it smelled bad and had a dirty bathroom. I called the office at once and told them to give me an upgrade, they had one suite that cost more but was a little better. Will not return or recommend to anyone who wants cleaniness.

Very friendly staff and very clean room. The room was not huge but was very comfortable. Very nice breakfast buffet. No problems with this visit. Would certainly go back.

“Not all that impressed”

the carpet was very dirty and my socks turned black just walking briefly in the room.
