It was very clean and the staff were very nice. The only thing I would have to say that was needed was ice. The ice dispenser was out of service. Other than that, it was great. 😊

There was poop on the walls. I had gone through a 3rd party so they won’t return my money. It was a three day stay and he wouldn’t stay at the hotel that night even. I was charged all three days!!!

When I called the front desk for help with our tv only having 1 channel. His response was that he didn’t know how to work or use the tvs. Also we had exposed wires in the room. I was with my child very unsafe.

The staff was friendly and our room was clean with comfy bedding. We did have trouble getting the tv to work but other than that it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was mediocre, not a lot of options but it was fine. The parking lot is complicated to get to and there’s no clear signage from the main road as to where your suppose to go.

Robert greeted us and was extremely friendly and courteous. We checked in right away. And suggested a great restaurant near by. We slept better than we have in a while. The beds were so comfortable! Thank you again

One drawer in the tv stand would not shut. Several areas of tile floors in the hall to the elevator where tiles are broken/missing or loose. The room was clean and mostly ok.

We thought it had a pool but did not. The comforter had blood on it. We had them exchange it and the next one had a yellow stain on it. They would not give me a paper receipt and said it would be in my email. So far it is not. I would NOT recommend the hotel. Several people in our group moved to a different hotel because it was too dirty for them and no pool.

A lot of difficulty.
Check in was at 3:00; arrived at 4:30 and the room wasn’t ready. Mini fridge was in bad shape; missing the door shelves. Bathroom door would not shut. Also, the hotel is difficult to find.

This is a tired old building. The room smelled musty and felt moldy. The bathroom was updated, but the bed area had a lot of care to be had.

There was no soap or wash clothes in my room. The ceiling in the bathroom needed some repair. The parking lot was not convenient to get to. At breakfast, the attendant’s family was dining in dining area and the 8/9??? year old was helping to restock.

Interior was clean and coffee and snacks were always available. The entrance, parking lot and driveway leading up to the actual building is under heavy construction. I found myself driving on dirt, rocks and partial old concrete. In the center of the dirt parking lot was a deep drainage hole partially covered with a steel grade that had been struck and moved partially off the hole. Dangerous situation.

The property was under construction, unknown to myself when I made the reservation. Could not find the entrance. Has to go behind the Super 8 to get in... took WAY TOO LONG to find the door. The man at the desk was very nice though.

Great comfortable clean room but all the window curtains/shades were missing…they told me that when I checked in but it was only room they had available. Otherwise a pleasant stay. breakfast very good. Really appreciated the paper plates and bowls at breakfast. Maybe get paper cups rather than plastic. Loved the biscuits and sausage gravy. Parking area a mess as they are redoing it. Hard to find access to the property. Staff very friendly and helpful. I’d go back.
