“Can't wait to return”

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The food wasn't the greatest but we would return to that hotel if we ever find ourselves in Cookeville again

All of the employees at the hotel were extremely helpful. The complimentary breakfast provided enough variety to allow even those with special diets to make a selection. The rooms were very clean and quiet and the indoor pool was great.

When we originally checked into our room, they were in the process of re-keying the locks and the door to our room would not stay locked. When I apprised the front desk, the manager went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. She gave us an upgrade to a bigger room at no additional charge. The pool and whirlpool were well maintained and the beds were very comfortable.

Staff was very helpful. Great clean room that was big enough for the six of us to stay comfortably. Good breakfast was provided but there was no sausage or bacon available.
